Linda has been doing my hair for years now. I love her. She's an amazing hair stylist and good person. She's very accommodating to my schedule and goes out of her to make sure I love my hair. Don't just believe me, I receive lots of compliments on my hair due to her great skills. I recommend her to everyone. Her prices are reasonable considering the quality.

She also sells the best olive oil in the next space. Try it. You'll love it.

I came from out of town for our daughter's wedding at Vista Valley CC. I searched online for salons in Vista, and was so fortunate to find Linda at Hair Smart! I've never had an updo before and I didn't really know what to ask for, but Linda jumped right in and gave me the perfect updo that looked sophisticated and beautiful, and lasted the entire evening. Linda was patient, took her time, and I could not have asked for better service, a better looking hair style, or a better overall experience. My husband loved my hair, which is an added bonus. I have been going to Rita for more years than I care to mention. There's a reason for that. She does fabulous work. No one does color better, while preserving the health of your hair. Your satisfaction is her primary concern. She gently guides you through selecting cuts, colors & treatments that best suit your needs & you without promoting her own agenda. I appreciate, also, that she doesn't try to sell you products & services you don't need. I would not trust my hair to anyone else, regardless of how far I might have to travel. Rita is totally worth it.

I came in on an add for Rita. I am so glad I met her.she is really good, very knowledgeable. My hair looked great. She was really nice .we had a lot of fun.she didn't t try to upscale me.I have gone back 6 times . My hair looks so good. I will tell everyone go see Rita!

My wife had her hair done here and it looks amazing. It kind of makes me wish I had more hair, so I could have this incredibly talented stylist work her wonders on me.

I've never been in such an amazing salon!HAIR SMART, Linda was so nice she was funny and was amazing service i came in to get my hair done a few highlights and she did it my hair never looked better than what she did my hair felt soft and silky and looked amazing i totally recomend linda to people who need hair help she is so nice, friendly and so good at her job she worked so hard to make my hair perfect linda is the best no ones better!!!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed getting a haircut from Linda. As soon as I walked in she welcomed me, and told me she'd be right with me. I had an appointment, and she was expecting me. We talked about ehat I wanted for about 5 minutes or so and she did exactly what I expected. I showed her a picture and she followed my directions. I will be coming back to her from now on. Totally recommend her.

Linda (the owner) is great! She just wants to make you happy. She caters to all age groups, from myself (I'm 22) to my grandmother (whose age I won't mention). She's flexible on appointment times, which is also great.
