After seeing my original review the owner of the salon, Susan, contacted me and offered me a complimentary fix. She listened to my concerns on the appearance of my lashes and was able to fix them to compliment my eyes more. She had to work with the current set I had on and did an awesome job working around it to have it look like how I wanted. It took her less than an hour to make them look amazing! I'm grateful that she took my review seriously rather than dismiss it. Thank you for turning this experience around for me!

Today was my first time getting a lash lift and Isabel was great, it was a comfortable environment and I was nervous but she explained what was going to happen and after that it was pretty easy to relax. I can't speak much on the prices since I don't have anything to base it off of. My lashes are very long and heavy and the lash lift was perfect for me because I didn't really need the volume and length that extensions provide. Highly recommend for people with naturally long lashes to keep them curled without any effort. I will be coming back for a lash lift again and will for sure

I went in to get a lash lift and my eyes were BURNING the entire time. I've gotten a lash lift at a different place before and there was no pain and I was very comfortable. When I told the lady doing my eyes, she did NOTHING about it. The lashes looked really good in the beginning, but they keep getting worse and worse. As they continue FALLING OUT, every lash has a jagged bend to it rather than a curl. I've been known for having nice healthy lashes, and now I have none. Your accusing me that I pulled them out or used a curler, but the whole point of the lash lift was to naturally curl

The owner of flutter lash is wonderful when it comes to customers services. A few months back I went for a lash lift and brow lamination. I had never had either before so the next day when they looked exactly the same has before I had either I wasn't sure what went wrong. It wasn't the owner I had gone to it was someone who rented a area from her. When I tried to email the girl I went to the owner reached back out. Darcy Box is amazing! She corrected the obvious asymmetry that I had from a prior microblading procedure, following an ink removal treatment. She was extremely meticulous and methodical in her preparation for, and during the actual process of, working on my brows. She was very efficient and patient, and she explained everything she was doing. She was also very mindful of all the necessary precautions in light of COVID-19. Wanted to give Susan 5 Stars !! Was running extremely late bc of traffic and she worked her magic within the 40 min she had to fix my mess of my lashes bc they were a mess she is always fast meticulous and perfect !! As for her team always lovely , Miss Kelly w her waxing and the new service w the microblading . This is the go to place, it’s at a great location where u can drink some Starbucks, eat and go grocery shopping !! I kill Two birds w one stone every appointment. I get the eyelashes done and get my grocery shopping done as well ;)

Kelly is great! Their hours and scheduling are very convenient, I was able to book online just a few days out and had plenty of availability. The salon itself is conveniently located and decorated so cute! Kelly is very knowledgeable in her craft and was able to give great recommendations on style all while explaining clearly what she was doing (this is so appreciated when your eyes are closed and covered for long periods of time). She is a great conversationalists and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back in 8 weeks for my next lift!

Edit: do not appreciate the 3x edit of owners response while asking me for my other lash girls information to try and hire her.
I came here out of desperation for a fill one day after not being able to get in with my regular lash girl.
The fill was TWICE as expensive here(i.e. I pay $50 for a fill normally and here it was $90). I bit the bullet.
I was able to get in same day after calling around to 10+ local lash places. I made a 3:45 appt. I get a confirmation text for 3:45. Then 15 mins later I get a conf text that says my appt is at 3:30, no, it's not, I specifically made it for 3

I'm an older lady.. This is my 1st lash extension ever.. Sue was a pleasure to work with..she walked me through every step made me feel comfortable.. I was extremely happy ..she knew exactly what I wanted not over the top but pretty lashes.. The results were amazing!! I will continue to visit this fine establishment!! Sue did my eyelash perm. She was welcoming and, professional and very accommodating to my schedule. When I first went in, the eyelashes did not lift well ( they never do I have a lot of thick lashes ) so instead of doing what other places do ( send me on my way ) she insisted on having me come back in later on that week to get them just right ( at no extra charge ) when I came back, she had done her research to make sure she got it right and that nothing would damage or over-do my lashes ( heated towel, the right kind of product just for my type of lashes, the right amount

This was my first time getting lash extensions and I was very impressed! I've used falsies for years, so I knew what I wanted. Stacy exceeded my expectations! I wear glasses, so I was hesitant to get them done, but they turned out so nicely curled that they don't touch my lenses at all. I got the hybrid full set cat eye style with a wispie effect (like i said, i knew what i wanted) and they seriously look and feel so natural... I can't stop looking at them. I had an appointment for full eye lash extensions. Flutter lash called me twice to come in earlier, I told them I had prior commitments and couldn’t. When I arrived the lash gal sold me on a different service, a lash lift and tint. I told her I wanted dramatic lashes and wanted a full set but she kept pushing the other service and said it would be faster and last longer. I agreed to it. A short time into the session her next appointment showed up, assuming that’s why she called me to come in early and switched services on me. I wouldn’t write a 1 star review about that, shady but whatever

I tried two other places before coming to Susan and now would never go anyplace else. She is very experienced, and it shows. I love her attention to detail, and her studio is beautiful and relaxing. She's always on time too, which I appreciate, especially if I have a lunchtime appointment. I also think her prices are very fair, especially considering her expertise. I've referred several friends to Susan, and they've all had equally great experiences. Highly recommend.

Sue was amazing. Love her studio- very relaxing atmosphere. Had my lashes done for the first time (ever) for a formal event and she was very attentive to my request. Told her I was afraid of looking like "Effie"- I asked for "Noticeable, but conservative- nothing dramatic" and I got exactly what I asked for! The lower half of the bed I laid on was elevated so guess what?- My a** fell asleep- and she didn't even mind! She even sent me off with my own little lash kit.
