Ordered online on Sunday and went to pick it up at the designated time. My daughter and I arrived and it wasnt ready yet they were still waiting on french fries. 20mins later they were done. We didnt mind waiting it wasnt very busy. The girl at the register was very nice and apologized for the wait. When we got home and unpacked our bag a chicken sub was missing. I called and they apologized again and said yes we have it here. I went back to get it and she apologized again. She was very nice but I dont understand how after waiting there for 20mins they could forget a part of the order. Still love

I didn't realize I had to specify that I wanted chicken wings that were made today instead of a day old. I can actually understand the blatant mistake that they gave us Italian wedding soup instead of the pasta fagioli more than I can forgive their pathetic excuse for pizza and wings now a days. We used to order from here all the time but completely stopped ordering over the past couple years. Unfortunately we got a gift card for here and we're forced to try it again. Visited Avicolli's during peak time tonight on a Friday. Their chicken parmigiana with a side of angel hair alfredo always blows me away. Our waitress Heidi was friendly, fast, and efficient; easily one of the best waitresses I've ever had. I highly recommend Avicollis to anyone looking for quality Italian in Syracuse!

My fiance ordered the Chicken Riggie and had only 4 pieces of chicken in the dish. I ordered the stuffed shells which were really good. Someone in the kitchen was pounding on something very loudly and for about 20 minutes.

Authentic, fresh-made family recipe sauces are the "secret" (and the bomb!) here!! If you are looking for old-world flavor (and HUGE portion sizes) Italian - I highly recommend!!

Take-away pizza (flavor & ingredients) outstanding too, although next time I will ask & suggest "we'll done" - keep it in the oven just a smidge longer than the ONE (time) - as the "flop" was a little much & could use (for my tastes/preference anyway) just a little more crisp, to make it absolutely perfect.

Idk about their pizza but this place is great if you like food made from leftovers in the trash. Salads have rotten lettuce. Riggies taste like everything came from a can or box. And it was $21!!! I'm no chef and 22 years old with very low standards. Absolutely flavorless. Nothing that I can't make better at home that also won't make anyone sick.

I've had there food a couple times a few years ago and had the same opinion. Today I ended up tossing everything and cooking myself.

Best place four slices of pizza that I found in the Syracuse area. I'm normally a purist, And their sausage sliced does not disappoint. Perfect crust, just the right amount of sauce and cheese and really tasty sausage. Like I said earlier, I normally stick to the classics, but their chicken bacon ranch is so good I always have to get a slice of that as well!

Best Italian place I've ever eaten at. Excellent place to go on a date! Family function. Etc. Dylan was my waiter, wonderful guy, always made sure everything was good, checking on us, and just excellent service, and very up front about everything. The drinks were made incredibly! Absolutely fantastic taste. Would highly recommend to anyone for anything! Thank you for such an incredible experience. You've gained forever customers!

The established runs like a fine tuned machine. Fully staffed and always friendly no matter how busy. I slide in for a slice or too on weekdays. Always busy so that speaks for itself..
I'm loyal to my hometown pizza parlor but Avicolli's is a close second. As far as the restaurant side I will save that review for another time, but it too is pretty damn good Italian, not moms but ya know....

Everything from pizza, to eggplant to calzones to seafood over pasta! Every bite has been fantastic! If you're going for dinner, it can take a short while for your food, but it's very much worth the wait! The Grandmas pizza is one of our favorites to order for takeout! Enjoy

Ever wonder why they were such a long line here? Because the food is great and the service is good too. I love getting a pizza with my family and the anti-pasta salad. We normally grab wings extra crispy mild they are great too.

Avicolli’s has never let me down. The service and food is always amazing, no matter what I order! I ordered Salmon with wedding soup. The wedding soup was filled with flavor. Garlic Knots came on the side of my meal, and they were ok. They were missing some garlic flavor and were a bit cold, but still good. My main course, the Salmon, was some of the best Salmon I’ve every had. The service was also very quick. 5/5. I will be coming back.

For my 94 year old mom, who wanted angel hair pasta with red sauce, she was very pleased with her birthday dinner with our family of 6 (and $190 later) I'm glad she got what she wanted and liked it. Party of 3, seated right away on a Sunday afternoon. Service was prompt and friendly, even though our waiter admitted he was new. He did a great job meeting all of our needs. Order was a pasta sampler, a seafood pasta combo, and the Sicilian pizza from hell, lol. Very pleased, a great dining out experience, and we will be back!

I like their garlic pizza. I recently picked up one with a dozen wings. My wife and I ate the pizza for 3 days. Nice thin pizza with beautiful crust that is thin and crisp. Full of mushrooms and sausages. Delicious wings with mild sauce

I legit like the pizza place .. but I am giving it a 1 star thanks to this guy Dylan who works there who was the rudest employee I have seen in US in the last 6 years I have been here in USA. Being in the hospitality industry Dylan should be taken as an example of how not to behave with people !!!

My visit was decent the filet I had came over cooked 2 times 2nd one cane medium rare so I just ate it I prefer my meat more red to pink then fully cooked almost everything was under seasoned.

Their menu is massive. Lots of different classic Italian options. The prices seem high but the portions you get fit what you pay. Stopped by for dinner with the wife on Saturday, Feb 13th. We both started off with the Calamari appetizer. Which was lightly breaded and fried with a side of marinara sauce. It tasted great and was done just right. My entrée was the Chicken Parm with a side of spaghetti and meat sauce. Both dishes tasted great. A big thank you to Avicolli's Restaurant on Oswego Road in Liverpool for the $26 refund on a $53 bill when 3 of my 4 meals were inedible, caked (like literal pools) with grease and a big nasty hair baked into it.To add, I was originally was offered a reluctant $17 (2 of 3 inedible calzones/strombolis) credit for future use or redelivery. I ended up calling back today to request a refund for the order... ended up speaking with the same manager...Will never order from there again. Dines here tonight at the recommendation of a friend. Atmosphere was great. The booths were so comfy to sit on, could have sat forever but turnover keeps little gems like this open. Avicolli's is probably the 10th pizza place I've tried since moving to the area and personally, it's my favorite. The chicken riggies pizza was bomb, plain and simple. The sauce was spicy but not overwhelming and the crust was perfect. I had never tried Utica Green before so I have nothing to compare these to but I liked them. I love this restaurant. Not a huge fan of their chicken riggies, but everything else will knock your socks off, literally. I once had the french onion soup and eggplant parm, then noticed I was barefoot when I got home. At first I was a little mad at the fact that I lost my socks. Tonight is the night I sadly officially break up with this restaurant. I have been coming here for over a decade and it's been a rollercoaster of amazing and terrible and tonight I've had enough. Although the restaurant was bustling when I came here on a Friday night, we were seated promptly, and had a great experience throughout the evening. The staff were quick with our orders and friendly, the food was delicious and hearty, and the ambiance was very enjoyable. It was my first time here, and I could see the reason why it was always so crowded in the past when I've driven by it!
