I loved this daycare center. It was my very first time putting my child in childcare, and the teachers are amazing as well as the owner. My daughter absolutely loved them as well. Ms. Jessie was beyond amazing with helping me with working my daughter in especially last minute so I wouldn't have to risk calling out of work.

EDUCATIONAL COMMITMENT: Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) is the cornerstone of our philosophy and curriculum. We understand how children learn and develop, and we use this knowledge to meet children where they are in the developmental continuum. We encourage children towards challenging, yet obtainable goals.
Playful Hearts ChildCare, LLC is a privately owned full-day, year-round childcare center. We are a licensed Group Daycare Center serving up to 68 children ages 2 weeks to 13 years old. The center is open January through December from 5:00am to 12:00am (midnight) Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 5:00pm Saturday.
We are seeking someone knowledgeable in providing quality care to children. This would consist of a varied schedule between the hours of 1pm and 8pm Monday through Friday. Applicant must have already completed Infant and Toddler course work, EC1, and EC2 to be qualified as a lead teacher in a classroom.
Schedules: Each room has an established schedule of activities that is used to ensure that the children are getting an opportunity to participate in a variety of activities. The schedule is more of a guide for our daily activities, as there will not be a timer going off telling us to change activities.
The care children receive at home and away from home couldn't be more important. Studies show that children who experience engaging, one-on-one activities and safe, healthy and nurturing learning environments have a better chance at lifelong success. They're more likely to graduate from high school, less likely to engage in criminal activity or participate in special education programs.

My kiddos have been going to Playful Hearts for two years. They teach the kids colors, numbers, writing, sight words, etc. They do a great job preparing the kiddos for kindergarten. The teachers and owner are awesome! Highly recommended.

Prior to our children attending Playful Hearts they were at an in-home daycare. I was very worried how they would adjust but Playful Hearts made the transition so easy for them. My children have now benefited so much from all the structure and have learned so much. All the staff are wonderful and truly care about each and every child. They plan wonderful events throughout the year and really make it fun for all the children. I highly recommend Playful Hearts.

This place is an absolute joke.. I had to use an alias name because the owner Jessica Howe is outrageously rude and antagonistic when she reads negative reviews online about her less-than-adequate business. I have not only experienced this awful establishment first hand, but have heard more horror stories from other parents and employees about the lack of compassion, lack of care, and blatant disrespect to parents and their children. Their staff is something to be mindful of also. Background checks are either not conducted or not cared about. I have gone onto CCAP myself to check on some of the

I was recommended to Playful Hearts almost 4 years by both co-workers and friends and I have not regretted switching! The staff have always been pleasant and helpful with any questions that I've had. We love seeing how happy our children are when we pick them up. Hearing about their day and that they love their teachers is heartwarming. It really makes me feel better knowing they enjoy their time here. I love all of the things they do with the kids from field trips to the Easter egg hunt every year.
