NOTE: If you are canceling and it's prior to the actual end of the term of the membership, an early termination fee of 25% of the remaining balance will be assessed. NOTE: A monthly hold fee of 10% of membership's monthly payment will be assessed each month it's on hold, up to 6 months. I've been attending classes since 2019 and couldn't be happier!

I had practiced Pilates for many years prior and can honestly say I learn something new each class at SL2. This is a studio where you can feel comfortable coming with your "whole self" and the instructor will meet you at your level. Laura and her staff are very knowledgeable and the small class sizes help ensure each student receives personalized attention.

Prounounced "Pi lah' teez" in the USA (and "Pee lah' teez"in other areas of the world), Pilates is a powerful, dynamic full-body movement system developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's. Originally called "Contrology, "-the science of control- the Method utilizes the mind's connection to the body in order to achieve overall strength and flexibility while creating a sense of physiological balance.

REFORMer+ is for everyone! Whether you have just finished your introduction to Pilates sessions or you are an experienced Pilates student, this class will help you develop stability, flexibility and a deeper strength by using all of the pilates apparatus (but mostly Reformer).

As you continue to progress, new exercises and modifications will be incorporated to help you find deeper connections throughout the body, increase your stamina, and demonstrate a higher level of control and body awareness.You will be continually challenged to find more strength and flexiblity, and with consistent practice, you will reap the many benefits of Pilates.
