Josh solved my issue and was a lifesaver as my son had many meetings for school during this COVID pandemic. He upgraded the laptop for a great price and all issues were solved that my son had with google classroom and zoom. A+++ service thank you again!

I loved them when they were downtown. In Horseheads they seemed awful busy, but they still fixed my dinosaur well before the day they promised. You need a refurb? Get it from AC.

The problems were found and clearly shared with us. Price is good too! Josh waited on us every time we were at the shop and always treated with kindness and respect. He indeed knew what he was talking about and if I didn't, he explained it so I could. Thanks Josh.
