DO NOT GO FOR REPAIRS
I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life here. I brought my phone that had a cracked screen for repair. They fixed it, but my phone screen was cracked again a few days later. The job was done poorly; I didn't drop it or anything, just normal use. I returned to the shop explaining the situation and asking for a refund but the shopkeeper gave me a really hard time - even accusing me of extorting him. I was talked to as if I was stealing from him - it was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Honestly shocked this place has close to 5 star reviews given that everyone

I came in 10 minutes before Alex closed the shop with a laptop that was stuck in a reboot loop. He fixed it for me and stayed 30 mins past closing time and made sure I got the best service he could offer me. I am really thankful and happy with their service I would recommend 10/10.

If I could give 6 stars I would! First, free diagnosis right away. Second, super-quick turnaround. Third, good prices. Fourth and most important, competent work.
I had a fairly big emergency when my main work computer's hard drive was starting to fail and then my backup machine had a total system collapse. I was back in business in a day. That's pretty darn fast. AND it was during move-in week at Cornell. They worked overtime all week to meet customer's timelines. Much appreciated.

I spilled water on my computer last week and the damage burnt a hole straight through my laptop's motherboard. The computer wouldn't turn on and I honestly didn't think this could be fixed - a lot of people were telling me to prepare for the worst. I don't have apple care on the laptop, and even if I did there were some valuable things on my hard drive that I didn't want to lose. I took it here and they gave me prices on what would happen if they fix it (this much to retrieve information from the hard drive, this much if we have to repair parts, this much if you want to replace the mouse and keyboard

Called in with problems of my iPhone completely frozen. Spoke with Alex over the phone and he was super helpful and took me in last minute before having to take a 4 hour trip back home. Great customer service, helpful, informative and talked me through the whole process. Prices were super fair as well. GREAT business and highly recommend.

Few months ago, i went to fennec fox for liquid repair on my macbook. My tea had spilled all over my laptop while in my bag and needless to say, i was devastated and stressin TO THE MAX. I gave them my laptop and explained what had happened & they said they'll call me back in about 3 days.
i get a call and they told me that they think they fixed my laptop. i go in and MY LAPTOP WAS ON AGAIN. we ran few tests (turning it on and off, using internet & etc) and after they were all sucessful, i paid a reasonable price and left.
my laptop is still running smoothly and i cannot be more grateful

The staff at Fennec Fox is amazing. I've had various iPhones for six years and never once cracked the screen until last week, when I dropped my phone and the screen completely shattered. After finding this place through Google, I came immediately and the owner repaired my screen for me in 30 minutes (which, to be clear, is not the usual timeframe! He quoted me an hour over the phone).
After he fixed my phone, he gave my a screen protector for free and a $5 coupon to get a better phone case from an affiliated store downtown. Fast forward four days later, I'm walking into the store downtown

Initially I was very pleased with their service. Drop off and pickup of my iPhone 6 was quick and easy and they very quickly replaced the screen.
Unfortunately, there is now (2 days later) a bright patch at the bottom of my screen. I can't bring it back in to get fixed as I'm from out of town so I'm stuck with a half-complete repair...

Hidden gem in Ithaca!
I choose to pay for my phones up front without doing a two year upgrade. I was in a bind when my Samsung Galaxy S5 took a tumble and my glass shattered leaving the lcd underneath intact. I dropped off my phone and they were able to fix it, I even took the liberty to change the color of my phone from having a white face to black. Quick turn around and very friendly courteous service. The business owner and his fellow team members take great care of their customers and it is very refreshing to see. I'm a California native and two months after leaving ithaca, my phone

Highly recommend this business. Took my phone in with a dead screen on my lunch hour & he was able to fix it while I was there. Also caught a broken sensor & fixed that as well. Made sure my phone was charging & working correctly before I left. Placed a tempered glass screen protector & told me I could come back for a full refund the following day if I had any difficulties. Super pleasant guy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of emergency phone repairs.

Let me start by saying that every other shop in town was trying to charge me an arm and a leg to fix my broken phone screen when the lcd was fine, they not only did it for 3 times less than anyone in town, and did an absolutely incredible job! it was even done within a few hours! from walking in to checking out he made it a great, easy, and low stress experience. if you are looking for beyond quality service with the perfect price this is the ONLY place in Ithaca (believe me I checked).

Very friendly customer service & they fixed my (severely cracked) phone screen in about half an hour, plus ran a diagnostics test afterwords to make sure it worked. I was worried that my phone would look "clunky" after replacing the screen, something that happened to my friends phone, but it looks as good as new! It was a little pricy, but given the state of my phone it was worth it.

Fennec Fox did a broken screen repair on my iPad 4. The job took about 3 hours and cost 90 before tax. The touch screen was repaired to perfect working condition. The technician said that I can bring it back within three months if the problem resurfaces. Friendly, reasonable prices, and fast--I highly recommend this place for any tech repair you may need!
