Would not recommend. Dishonest, shady, expensive and unethical. Thet will inflate their invoices until they run you out of money, then sue their client for hours never earned. Don’t take my word for it and read past reviews and court cases. . Beware and look elsewhere. There’s a lot of firms out there, who will treat their client right.

Brooks Foster drug out my lawsuit so long that the laws were changed making my case null and void, and still charged full amount. Then Toby Borst refered me to do real estate business with his associates, who are known criminals (fresh out of a 5 year sentence for aggravated theft) without disclosing their past, who subsequently took my house. Overpriced, shady, and to be avoided at all costs.

Reached out to them twice for some assistance they never got back to me. It took awhile but Annie finally got back to me & couldn't have been any sweeter. She explained the messages had been misplaced. I'm in Las Vegas so it's understandable she's setting up a free consultation so I can get some answers. So I'm changing my review to a 3 (for now) & it will probably go up from there. Annie & Dominic were great they both worked really hard to help me & answer my questions. Unfortunately my problem couldn't be addressed because of circumstances but I still highly recommend Chenoweth Law Group.

In June of 2016, I contacted the Chenoweth Law Group to explore my legal options in a business dispute. Right from the start of the first meeting, I was treated with complete hospitality and professionalism. My case was a gamble as well, and I was turned away by other firms, but Mr. Chenoweth didn't hesitate to take my case, and on terms that I could afford. The case lasted quite a while because the opposition used every legal tool to prolong it and make as big a mess as they could. I was in a terrible situation with unscrupulous contractors who damaged my property and did unacceptable work that did not meet code. Brian and his team worked tirelessly to try to bring these guys to justice. I only wish that the other side had not had access to free legal advice while I had to pay up front for all of mine. The system does not favor individuals who are fighting insurance companies.

I was also just offered a partial refund which he refused to include an amount to remove my negative post. I will be reporting Chenoweth to the Oregon State Bar. Attorney's who agree to take on your case, take your money and then decide to walk away is against the law. Not only that but asking for another $10k after a couple letters shot off that my husband pre wrote for them is insanity. I'm going to take him to small claims for a full refund.

This is an updated review. I'd just like to state first off that I did not receive services from this firm. I initially contacted this firm in 2014 through their online chat but never heard back, which it why I gave them a 1 star review for their lack of client care. Today (over 1 year from the first review), I received a sincere apology from the employee who was responsible for the online chat intake. Although it has been over a year, I'll accept an apology any day. I have change the star rating to 3, since I can't accurately rate this firm's services.

Brooks Foster was very helpful. He is an honest and sincere attorney. I called him from out of state and he was able to assist me via telephone and email.
