Tom Braiser at Brasier Law LLC wasted 12 months of my life and $12K-$15k of the very last of my money.
What Tom did was unconscionable: he bullied me into a setback proposed by opposing counsel. My trial date was supposed to be the next day. Instead, he took a vacation day on my trial date and then withdrew as my lawyer the following day.
He has left me in a very vulnerable position legally, emotionally, and economically.
Tom Brasier knew he wasn't prepared for trial. His pride, lethargy, and arrogance positioned him to exploit my tenuous mental health and leave me moneyless and lawyerless

Tom Brasie He does not care about the child or if the child is going to a good home he's about the money he can't see the fake act the person he is representing is giving or tell if the person is lying to him to get what he wants he only sees the $$ signs nothing more so he's the best lawyer for a person who wants to pay the money to a lawyer who don't care about the child or there needs and that the parent who has less money is really the better parent for the child he'll believe any lie if u can pay enough he's the worst lawyer and when he took my baby girl from

I used Brasier Law for a custody case. It was imperative that I gained custody of my daughter for her safety. Her mother’s household was unsafe and I was having a difficult time proving that to a court as the family had banded together to try and deny the abuse. Thankfully, Tom Brasier was able to put together all the fact and bring them to light for the court.
I was awarded custody of my daughter and though she and her mother’s side of the family were very upset with the finding, my daughter later thanked me for stepping in.

Ok so I had to come back and leave a second review. I have had multiple resurgences in my case and every time they happen Tom has provided me with sound advice and amazing representation in the court room. He has at every step of the way kept my daughters best interests at heart and made sure that she is in the best possible situation. Tom worked very hard and fast on my case my son was abused by his mother and Tom won my case and I have temporary emergency custody if it wasn't for Tom I wouldn't have known what to do sense I'm from Washington and mother is from Oregon and sense the abuse happens in Oregon child protection wouldn't investigate I had to call my local police department and they had to come make a report before child protection would do anything WA finally opened up what they called a risk case and when it came to court we were not able to get the documents in time on our own Tom stepped in and was able to get the
