Galles Marine is a family run business in its third generation. It all started in Ed Galles' Garage in 1939. Ed Galles' son Bob, who worked with his dad, wanted to race outboards, In order to get an Evinrude racing motor, they decided to become an Evinrude dealer. Bob raced locally for many years and the dealership grew selling Dunphy wood boats, Trail Car trailers and Evinrude motors.
When Ed retired, Bob and his wife Delma took over the business and added more boat lines, including SeaNymph fiberglass and aluminum boats. Bob and Delma saw many changes in the boating industry including the growth in recreational boating. Boats were no longer used only for fishing but also for water sports.

Customer service is very important to us here at Galles Marine. We have three full time technicians with over 62 years of combined experience. Because outboard motor technology has gone through some major advances in recent years, our technicians attend one to three weeks of factory training every years.
