I have always had a great experience with the staff - from Dr. Drouillard, to his interns , exray technician, Lisa, and the receptionists. I haven't had to wait to see Dr. Drouillard more than 5 to 10 minutes. The staff is always working above and beyond to help their patients. I highly recommend Great Lakes Orthopaedics.

Doctor lawley did my hip replacement and it dislocated 4 times went to new doctor the cup was put in the wrong position so I had a redone. It was botched I had to have muscles and tendons reattached and a suture came open in the IT band and my thigh bone was popping through and he didn't know what it was

We are satisfied with my son's care for his sports injuries. The doctors were able to relate directly with my son on a personal level with the sports that he plays. They understood his feelings about not being able to participate because of the injury. They provided us with an honest time frame for him to return to his sport so there were no disappointments. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this office.

Very disappointed in knee replacement surgery done by Dr Lawley. Although staff was very nice surgery was botched. Now I have to have it redone. Do your home before walking into that office. Very unhappy and scared to do this again. Care at Garden City Hospital was also one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hospital. Won’t go there again ever

I seen Dr. Lawley. He was very professional, explained things to where I could understand them and told me the game plan for the future. Prior to my appointment I went and seen a different ortho that told me my knee was covered in arthritis and the meniscus in my knee was fading. Dr. Lawley eplained to me how this could not be possible showing me on the x-ray even. He knew I just did not want to mask the pain but I wanted to completely get rid of it. He even explained to me my knee cap issues that I have been struggling with my whole life, at the age of 29. I will definitely be only going to see

I was a little disappointed. My family doctor was in network, The hospital Great Lakes office is in was also in network. Great lakes Orthopedics schedules an appointment , lets you come in and fill out there form , sit in the waiting room for a time, and then calls you up and tells you they don't take your insurance. I had to walk out and find another surgeon .Great Lake Orthopedics, Maybe you should check prior to the appointment to see if your potential patients might be out of network since all your affiliates are in network. Some of us are in pain waiting weeks to see a doctor!
