If you've never staged a home before there is no way you can truly appreciate how much it helps. I was one of those guys that didn't understand the benefit until I tried it - now I wouldn't consider marketing a home without staging it with Susan. Your home will sell much faster & for top of the market. Susan has the best design & the best inventory in Austin. A tremendous value.
