I hold a B.S. from University of California, Davis in Clinical Nutrition paired with a minor in Psychology. I am also a certified Behavioral Nutrition Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Through my work in the health and fitness industry over the past ten years, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of the mind-body connection and its relationship to wellness.
Behavioral Nutrition coaching is a positive, empowering and transformational approach to achieving ultimate wellness that is designed for ANYONE who eats. Behavioral nutrition coaching is 10% food (what we eat) and 90% behavioral (how we eat, our relationship with food and our relationships with ourselves and our bodies).
