This company is the best! Prompt, professional and friendly! We lost our old well pump on the coldest day of the winter, they replaced it the same day. We then lost our new well pump to lightning strike last Saturday night, and they came out Sunday morning and installed a new one. Terrific response!

From my experience with Quabbin Well and Pump Service, you can expect a professional job well done and reasonably priced. Dan and Max were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They found the leak in the pipe at the top of the well and it was quickly repaired. Consequently, the water pump no longer cycled every 20 minutes and maintained proper psi.

Scott said he'd arrive between 4-5:00 the day after we spoke to him on the phone. Never showed up and didn't call to say couldn't make it. We called him to see if still coming over and two days later still have not heard from him. Called GT Aldrich and Greg was at our house the next morning - quick response. Highly recommend GT Aldrich Water Systems. Quabbin Well is unreliable.

I had a very negative experience with Quabbin Well. I felt that the owner lied about the pricing and scope of the job. I asked for a quote to replace my existing system which included a filter. The installer did not put in a filter and scheduled a time the following week to complete the job. They never showed up. After calling, the owner said it was an additional $250 for a filter. I called numerous other companies and they all said they would never quote a replacement without a filter- it’s part of the system and they wouldn’t recommend it. The owner at Quabbin completely omitted the price
