I stopped by to see if they had chains for my snowblower, I spoke with Wanda and she was very helpful. She scheduled a pick up for me the next morning and had it back to me the next day. Everyone there was friendly and have great customer service including the driver that picked it up and dropped it off. Thank you!

Recent visits at Taplin was a customer service plus experience. Our 21 year old snow blower broke so we visited to look around.. Immaculate clean business and we were waited on by pleasant, courteous worker...A.J...we went back after a couple of days as we decided to make a purchase and had great help from the knowledgeable salesman Mike and in 20 minutes, transaction was done and instructions shown and explained to us..It was delivered 2 days later as we were getting a storm. (thanks Wanda) and the delivery person was also great.he started it up and reviewed it with us again..I highly recommend

Picked up an old (circa 1997) MTD Snowblower that ran perfectly but had a blown auger housing. I shopped for the parts I needed online and the costs and delivery times just didn't make sense (10 days to get!!!). I called Taplin and they had the parts in stock for 25% less than what they would cost online. On top of that, the people at the counter know their stuff... I will save time and coin by checking with Taplin first next time. Thanks!
