$87 State Inspection/Emission Test. Don't be fooled by somewhat friendly service or partial concern for your cars well being/how much it's going to cost you. I go to this place out of convenience only. They pretend as if they're cutting you a break on price and then up charge on something else. Pricing is never consistent here and I had enough. I won't be returning ever.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I walked in to get a price on swapping out tires on my vehicle and the employee I was talking to, his name was Dave, cut me off mid sentence to answer a phone call. I was okay with that at first. Instead of putting the call on hold to finish helping mDave continues on with his conversation, helping the person on the phone and totally ignored me like I wasn't even standing there. He even logged onto the computer to look up something for the person. All I wanted to know was if they would be able to do the work that day, so after four minutes of standing

I had an emergency during my workday with my car not working properly. I had called up my usual auto repair shop who stated they were backed up for the day and that I could come and wait, but they couldn't guarantee service be completed that day. Knowing I had to drive out of town for a family emergency, I looked up the next closest auto repair shop and found this place. I drove over, and they took me in immediately without any wait time and fixed my car within 10 minutes. I had accidentally driven my car over a flooded area the day before and the plastic underlining of my car came loose

These guys took me in when I really needed them. I had my donut spare on my car from a flat I got a few days prior. I had a temp rope plug in the original tire and just needed it swapped out. Another tire/muffler place had refused to do so and tried to sell me a brand new tire. (Different review for that place forthcoming)

Saturday morning I got a flat tire and needed to get it fixed quickly since I take the highway for work. I went to this place bc it was close and they told me that they could get the tire ordered a day faster than the dealership. The owner was very short with me and very un informative, but the worse part was that that he did not want to honor my warrenty that I had with the car dealer. After some fight he fnally called the warrenty number so that I wouldnt have to drop off the tire at the dealership, but I still had to pay up front since I didnt tell him ahead of time that I had a warrenty. You've lied to me a number of times. First off, you said your name was Tim. Secondly,i got oil changes at Firestone; meanwhile, Goodyear replaced my tire. Thirdly, in my complaint to the BBB, you said we made an appointment and we never did. Fourthly, Firestone DOES NOT use nitrogen air for their tires. Fifthly, you said you could replacement the valve but at a cost. And finally, you did not check with where you purchased my speciality tire ($300) that you had to order of whether they gave you the N2 valve. So any way you cut it, you are responsible for it but refuse to own up to it

Just returned from having 4 tires installed that were delivered through Tire Rack. All in all, just an exceptionally good experience. How often can you say that about any sort of auto service? I received a call from Tim at 10:30 letting me know the tires were in and we scheduled a same day appointment for 3 pm. No waiting for days on end! The car was taken in shortly after my arrival and all four tires were mounted and balanced in about 30 minutes. While waiting I observed 30 minutes worth of highly professional and friendly service, then had the pleasure of chatting with Tim for a few minutes

I went to Havertown Tire for a simple oil change on February 8th. The two men who worked at the front desks were kind and chatty and we talked a little while I waited for my oil to be changed. When the oil change was done, the man at the desk showed me a list of things that he said needed to be done to my car. First, two radiator hoses were bowed and needed to be replaced, which, when accompanied by a cooling system service and a thermostat, came to $300. My husband and I have been taking our cars here for about five years and we have always been satisfied - Tim and Russ are honest and reasonable and have been accommodating to special requests.
