We all know what happened in 2009. The mortgage crisis hit and layoffs hit Kevin and Jennifer hard. Finding a job was difficult so they decided to start a side gig until they could recover. Kevin brought 15+ years of IT experience in many different industries and Jennifer contributed her team management and customer service experience.

Total PC has been our IT company for the last couple of years. They're incredible. Customer service is top notch and they're extremely responsive. They helped us with remote log in when covid closures began and they worked with us and set us up with a new server for our two locations post covid. When we ran into a couple of problems with the new servers, Kevin and the team went above and beyond to fix the problems and get us up and going . I have called and spoken to Carlos asking for a quote. Having spoken to me for 3 minutes, he just dropped my call. Too busy. I have spoken to Jennifer who was much nicer. They don't have an office, so Walnut is a drop spot. Rates - $50/diagnostics, then $100/hr. Not sure if it has sense.

I was very pleased with the service that I got from Total PC. My fairly new Lenovo tower just completely died on me, or so I thought. Jennifer and Kevin both provided professional and friendly service. I'm just glad I found them on Yelp and I now have a place I can definitely go to and/or recommend to friends for computer problems.

Hello every body 3 days ago I was working with my computer and one of my hard drives (external) disappeared from my desktop, I was worried because one of my video projects was in there. Well I don't want to make a book about this story, but I thought it was the end and I was going to die,and this was going to cost me a lot of money and time to recover. You guys need to know about Kevin and Jennifer. They are the best professionals and they saved my work. If anyone has any questions, they will answer them gladly. Took my computer to get repaired because it was making a click noise and I couldn't start the computer. I spoke to Jennifer and dropped my computer off the same day! They installed a new hard drive and saved my old data. I was going to go with a cheaper place but these guys had actual business experience not just DIY'er. I was so impressed, I referred my friend's business and now they have a contract with them and they are very pleased.

I have done a lot of work previously with Kevin and his team. They are prompt with service calls and explain the issues in a way that helps you understand what's going on with your computers and network. Their rate is very competitive with other companies and they don't overcharge for parts/equipment - they often get it at the best rates available. And they help you until you feel comfortable with your new or repaired comp.

Whenever I have computer issues, I call Kevin at Total PC to help me fix them. I consider myself a tech-savvy individual, but when the problem isn't a quick-Google-search away, I call upon the 10+ years of experience of Kevin and his team. We had issues with our network and some of our computers were not working well. I scheduled a free consultation with the lead engineer Kevin. I am very happy that I did!
Kevin arrived and was very friendly and easy to talk to, he didn't talk techie to me but spoke in plain English.
At the end of our consultation I felt so comfortable with Total PC that we signed up for a monthly agreement which gave us unlimited support. I'm happy we did and have not looked back.
It such a big relief to have them on our side! Thank you Kevin and the entire Total PC.

These guys were great. Had a problem with my PC and thought I was going to have to buy a whole new computer. I thought I should at least try to recover the data so I looked for a local tech service place and found Total PC. I talked to Kevin and arranged to drop of my PC. He looked at it and had it back up and running in about an hour. No files lost and everything back in the right place. They saved me from having to buy another computer.
