I called Quick and Easy due to an issue with my washing machine. I was scheduled in the perfect after work time slot and just as I was told I got a call about 30 minutes before the tech would be at my house. The tech was super nice and he quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it and charged me a VERY reasonable fee.

We have had excellent service with this company ***** They have serviced and/or repaired our cooktop, speed oven, washer, and dishwasher.
Always on time -- often early -- fast and quality work. Sam and Romeo have been our technicians -- they work quickly and cleanup when completed.
We do not use a home warranty service, so have not experienced the issues some reviewers have regarding insurance coverage and costs. Our washer continues to have error codes even after a computer board was replaced -- Quick n' Easy guarantees their work for a limited time and has addressed at no charge, the

I've had Quick n' Easy out twice this year. First with a refrigerator not cooling and then for a washer leaking. Romeo was the service tech on both calls and was outstanding. He showed up at the scheduled time and was quick to diagnose the issues, then gave me a full description of what was needed and the exact cost of repair. We have got assigned this company a few times via our home warranty company and I have to say we've had a great experience each time. They communicate well, schedule in a timely manner, and fix the problems quickly. If I ever need work done that's not covered through my warranty, they will be my first call. Had our refrigerator repaired by Quick N Easy. Paid $350 and continued to have problems with it. They came out again. Months passed by and still had problems. We called another repair service. They showed us what Quick N Easy did. They just cut and spliced a wire to a part "that looked like was used". The other repair service stated this repair should have never been done like this. $350 down the drain.

Fast - Efficient - friendly - and saved me the cost of buying a new refrigerator! I am very satisfied with Quick n'Easy. The technician called hours before my scheduled appointment, informing me that he could be at my home in 10 minutes; saving me the rest of my afternoon. The repair (the water valve assembly for my 16 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator) took about half an hour. Good as new! Price was very fair too!!

I am so very satisfied with the work Nathan did on my refrigerator! I have a commercial refrigerator that needs a specialized technician. He is knowledgeable and experienced and quickly diagnosed my issue. His response time is very quick and responds to requests for services quickly also. Our home warranty company scheduled us with a company who was neither Quick nor Easy. Zero stars. Repairman came out to look at our gas cooktop on 2/24. Told me it needed a part and left. The part came in and a different repairman came out on 3/12...banged on the gas regulator with a wrench and told me it needed a different part. After being without a cooktop for a month, I gave up and hired another repair service who was able to diagnose the cooktop and repair all in ONE TRIP. It was miraculous.
Both of the repairmen and the office scheduler were extremely hard to communicate with.

I had problems with my ice maker and George came to resolve the problem. I would say he spent about forty minutes to identify the problem. He told me that there was no power in the ice maker and he needed to order a capacitor. If that wasn't the issue, then they would probably had to take the refrigerator apart and check the wiring. Two weeks later I haven't had word from him.
I would rather buy a new one and trust these people. Don't waste your time and money.
