I was most impressed with the thorough exams I received this morning from Dr. Young, Dr. Appria and their medical assistants. The staff was helpful and professional. The waiting area and exam rooms were well maintained and sanitary, a plus in the time of COVID-19. Thank you, Capital Eye Consultants for your warm welcome and professionalism.

Today was my most recent visit to this practice. I have been there many times and the office staff, medical support staff and Doctors have always been great but today I saw a new medical support staff/medical assistant and her name was Verdinia I believe. She was the best medical assistant/technician I have encountered and I have been seen by eye specialists in Texas, Georgia and a few in Florida. I want to say thank you for the professionalism and thoroughness of this particular staff person, and Dr. Appiah today. I appreciate all of the expert staff at this practice and I encourage others looking

Very rude. If you are going to change your policy on allowing a kid to come with you if you have NO other option, YOU TELL THEM WHEN THEY MAKE THE APPT. Any doctors office right now, tells you ahead of time. They could care less about their patients and don’t strive to keep you. They just tell you to deal or go somewhere else...really?! I highly doubt I will be going back. I would prefer to not just be another number to them.

Dr Karen Young was very rude and had an attitude from the moment she walked into the exam room. I was hoping she would agree to renew an existing order for contact lenses and was misled to the fact that she might be open to it, unfortunately by the time I was told by her that she would not I had already been dilated and couldn't actually leave. When I asked that she write on the glasses prescription that her office did not in fact prescribe contacts she said she would then when I got the prescription it read that she simply did not prescribe them which isn't the reality of the situation because

I haven't had my eyes checked in years and was nervous about some floaters I had been seeing in my field of vision. The staff was great, really friendly and patient in a relaxed environment. Dr. Young took the time to explain all the medical terms in common language and didn't rush through the consultation like some doctors do. If you're a nervous patient then this a great eye doctor to go to.

The staff is great and friendly they provide very professional services.I have been going to get eyes exam and treated at Capital Eye Consultant for a over a year,their is never a wait ,you get in and get out. The Doctors are also very professional and knowledgeable they explain everything about you medical conditions and make sure you understand your conditions.They also provide you with all the cutting edge treatments that can give you the best success in treating your conditions.I highly recommend Capital Eye Consultant.
