I was very pleased with the service provided by a gentleman at the front desk during my initial visit to set up an examination. It put me off though when I arrived for the exam and could overhear an employee in the office talking aggressively about what she would not do in connection with a customer. The actual examine was prompt, friendly and very professional which I very much appreciated but then when it was time to check out the loud receptionist lady bristled when I asked if I could have the measurement of my eye separation to leave the option of buying new glasses online. I'll still give

I've been a customer at Hatcher for about 8 years, and have gone through several pairs of glasses as well as some contacts with them. I've always had a great experience, and have received exactly what I've needed. The service is excellent, and both the exams and the frame shop are professionally and expertly managed. Mike and the staff have been kind, helpful, and accommodating each time I've visited, and I've always had a reasonable turnaround time on receiving my glasses. I definitely recommend this small, local, high quality business.

My husband and I went to Hatcher’s for my first time for our yearly eye exam as we just could not find a place that we felt comfortable with. Dr. Hughes was outstanding it’s the best eye exam I ever had it was more extensive than I ever thought. Dr. Hughes does your exam from start to finish he had a good personality and answered all questions.
Assistant SELINA who helped with picking out our glasses to finish was just awesome! She has a great personality she was polite and was down to earth to boot. We could not be happier with her service to us both. Only have to wait like a week tops for

I have been wearing glasses since I was 13 and this was the best service that I have EVER had and will recommend them to others as well as make this the place I return to when it is time for new glasses. The young lady was very polite and courteous and helped me with a level of customer service that I have NEVER experienced before ESPECIALLY when it was time to select frames-the hardest part for me-and now I feel like I will have the best fitting glasses I've ever had thanks to her.

I rarely ever post a review. If you are looking for service in eye care...look no further. Hatcher provides excellent patience and service. I worked with Selina and she was amazing. She has been in the industry for a long time and was good at figuring out which frames would compliment your face. She was very honest and patient. I will be back.

I got great service when I visited Hatcher Opticians. Mike sat down with me and helped me find what I wanted. He looked up several different models I was interested in and made some helpful suggestions for similar models. He even gave me nose pads that fit my glasses free of charge when he saw mine were missing.

The doctor was great. However, I've been in there 3 or 4 times now and there's always a TON of people waiting. Last Saturday, I went in to order my contacts. I told them I was out and asked for a sample to hold me over till mine came in. They didn't have any samples or anything but said the contacts would be ordered Tuesday (the next business day) and I'd have them by Wednesday. So I said ok. Wednesday was weird weather, so when I didn't hear from them, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After not hearing anything all week, I went back to check. I was told my contacts weren't even ordered yet
