Eagle flooring and design installer did a terrible job installing the carpet of my elderly parents' brand new home with huge rolls in the carpet becoming very apparent after only a little over one year of living in the home (install warranty was up after a year). This is an indication of incorrect install due to lack of stretching. Because the warranty was up my folks hired another company to stretch the bedroom carpet and they said it was never stretched initially. My parents neighbors are having the same problem and since the rolls in the living room were getting bigger I decided to talk with
