Live Life Federal Credit Union has been proudly servicing our members' financial needs for over 65 years. In June of 1952, the UAW Local 247 of Thompson Products organized Thompson Product Employee's Federal Credit Union under Charter #7927. In 1958, the plant changed names from Thompson Products Michigan Division to Thompson Ramo Woolridge Incorporation, becoming TRW, Inc. and the credit union was renamed TRW Michigan Employees Federal Credit Union.
In 2006, TRW Inc. closed its Sterling Heights location; however, the Credit Union opted to remain in the community and extended its membership to all who lived, worked, worshiped or conducted business within the boundaries of Sterling Heights.It only made sense to rename it Sterling Heights Community Federal Credit Union.

Absolutely the worst customer service any financial institution has provided. Please save yourself and don't open an account or a credit card here. They had one of their managers or staff members that is no longer with them, Lawanda, mess up my credit card account and then at the end after months of stringing me along, somehow it was twisted and became my fault and my credit card was closed leading me to lose all of my credit reward points that I had accumulated when I never missed a payment or had any issues for years. "The people in the back" management never once spoke with me about the situation

I went into the Credit Union to open anAccount thinking that I would get a hassle because a few years ago my social security number has been compromised and the perpetrator had opened accounts using my number I felt like I was going to have a hard time because I've had such a hard time with TeleCheck and their systems to remove my name from their database but, fortunately for me I went into #LiveWell Credit Union and they were incredibly awesome and they opened the accounts for me with no hassle no problems. In 30 minutes if that muchamuch time. I'm up and ready to go.. The staff have been so nice

If I could give Live Life Credit Union 10 stars I would!!! The entire staff go above and beyond for their customers. They were involved not once but TWICE and literally saved my elderly mother from falling victim to phone scams and following through with sending money. I cannot emphasize enough how appreciative my family and I are that they had her best interest at heart! I sincerely believe this Credit Union has a unique connection with their customers (angels in disguise) that you just don’t see with the larger banks. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!

There are not enough words to describe the customer service here. You don't just become a member, you become a family member. All the girls are super nice and friendly. You always get a smile and warm welcoming when you walk in the door. These people fight for those who don't have anyone else on their side. I can't thank Karla, Elizabeth, Nichole and the other girls enough for everything they have done for us.
