In most cases it's cheaper and more convenient to have your phone fixed instead of replaced. It doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg to have your phone repaired. Please note that custom-built and gaming PCs require a non-refundable $50 diagnostic fee, due at time of drop-off. Laptop computers are a very similar in function to desktop computers but can have problems specific to laptops. Issues include cracked screens, broken DC jacks, missing or broken keys on the keyboard, and bad batteries.

We had a critical PC at work go down. There was no way we could have a new one built and shipped out in enough time to not effect our business. They were able to diagnose the issue, swap hard drives and have it a new PC back to us in under 24 hours. Great customer service and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I took my computer in and even paid them extra to fix it, instead they just made it worse. Rick was deceptive, dismissive, and just wanted to get rid of me after he knew they had screwed it up. It took me weeks to undo what they did and they refused to even tell me what they did! I'll never go back and would NOT recommend them to anyone. Go to TJ'sMCS for work and you'll get better service and much nicer people.

I drove past and saw that they did iPhone repairs in store. So I walked in and inquired about my broken camera lens. The rep said it could be done gave me a price and said we could order it and then complete the repair when it comes in. About 5 days later I came back and was going to start the process for the repair. I was told that the parts needed had actually been restocked so it could be done on that day. So I took advantage and got my camera lens fixed. A real Hail Mary but they were clutch. Got my phone fixed. It was nowhere near as expensive as I thought. And it was a quick and efficient

My experience was great! The technician explained everything that was needed to be done to improve the performance of the laptop. I felt confident everything would be taken care of. The screen on my 83-year-old Dad's Lenovo All-in-one PC went totally black and I brought it in to Quick Fix. They called my back a few days later and told me the display module had come unplugged from the motherboard. They also said the hard drive was failing, so I asked them to replace it with a solid state drive. They did so, and managed to copy everything to the new drive. My dad is very happy with his much faster machine. Great job!
