My son and me weren't satisfied due to the fact I called stating my son's phone wouldn't fully charge and I was informed by the representative someone at the store could send out the phone for service and it would take seven to twenty-one days for repair. Yet I called another place and was informed it sounded as if it were the battery. I took my son's phone to that repair shop and received a new battery that same day. Why is it Cincy's best phone repairs representative wasn't knowledgeable enough to give me that same infomation, either train him better or have him find another job where he's able
