My pump was dead, he came out straight away and spent all day digging out the old one, installing a new one, new pipes, wiring, explaining everything step by step in easy to understand laymens terms and procedure for follow-up (letting the hose run outdoors to flush the lines and not tax the septic) labeled everything, etc.

Called Dave at 1030am with a water issue and by 530pm the same day he had me setup with a new pump and we were good to go. Arrived exactly when he said and was very knowledgeable. Can’t thank him enough for the quick response and would highly recommend.

Dave came out and checked out our pump gave us a quote on Friday and as planned he came first thing Monday morning to do the job.He had to convert our pump to a jet. He is extremely knowledgeable.
He showed up with his son Erik .
They are both great guys. Honest & efficient. Job was done same day.
Our basement is a nightmare. Dave went down. Installed a new pressure pump and plumbing. His son was working on the pump outside. They are a dynamite team.
The finished the job the same day. Everyone told me the job was to big to complete in the same day. Well, not for this team. I could not have

Came home to no water yesterday. Called Phil Brien at 6:30PM on a Saturday night. By Noon on Sunday; we have a new well pump and are back in business! Quick to respond and easy to work with. Dave did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and quickly. Plus, our well is not easy to get at and the pump was 300' deep!

My experience was terrific. Dave picked up my first call and was never pushy or annoyed by all my questions. When I called him back to book an appointment, he picked up again, got me on the books, showed up exactly on time and left no mess when he was done. I'm writing this review because of the absolute honesty and integrity I felt from Dave from our first call through when he completed his work.
