I bought a 2011 F250 and it's supposedly had they're multi-point inspection. I brought it home and less than a month later it has the death wobble. I talked to someone in the service department they said they could fix it for me but I wasn't driving halfway across the state again. Of course I would have to pay for it as well. Less than 800 miles I put on this truck. Kind of disappointing to know you spend that kind of money on a nice truck and then have to spend thousands more to get it fixed.

Summit Auto and my sales person Nick were excellent. I found my truck on line and drove up for a test drive. They had it pulled up and waiting for me. It was immaculate. Took for a test drive then asked to drive two others. They were gracious in taking care of my requests. I had to wait several weeks for an insurance check before I could purchase my first choice. They patiently held the truck for me. The sales process was smooth a swift. I would definitely recommend Summit and Nick for your truck needs.

My entire experience with Summit Automotive has been nothing short of perfect! Kraig was wonderful to deal with during the purchase of my 2015 Jaguar XF Sport. He even assisted me with some post-purchase items that most dealerships would have just ignored, or said they can't help me. He told me "we will do whatever it takes to make sure you're completely satisfied", and he wasn't lying! I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. I flew from Pittsburgh to deal with them...they're that good!

Hey guys. Just bought a new Ram from Summit. This is a top notch dealership. I have bought a handful of cars over the years, but this was hands down the best experience I have had. Sales team was extremely professional, responsive, and respectful. There was no awkward negotiation or haggling over my new vehicle. Other deals can learn a few things from this Summit team. I will buy my next vehicle here.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. First of all their service department is incapable of fixing ANYTHING. They tell you they fixed it, tell you they tested it and it is all a complete lie. But that isn't the worst that they did. An entire MONTH after I picked up my still NOT repaired vehicle they sent in a claim to my warranty company andand received $432.00 for NOT fixing my truck. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headach. I very rarely review any business because we are all entitled to our own opinion but the service and handling of my vehicle was just so awful.

I have my 2013 Jeep Wrangler serviced here. Appointments are easy to make and the shuttle service is always appreciated. They have your vehicle done when promised and only recommend repairs that are needed. They are honest, fair and friendly. The service manager, Leroy Neu is top notch. I had an unusual failure at 30,000 miles, but my vehicle was out of warranty time wise. I reached out to him and he was very quick in getting back to me and we were able to work out a solution. Cannot thank him enough and highly recommend their service department.

We bought a used truck and were told by the sales manager, Ryan Knueppel that they take care of the little issues that come up. The wheel sensor that when out on the way home didn't count... he didn't stick to his word. The vice president, Joel Zerbel, said it would only be fixed under the warranty we purchased with $100 deductible. Their word isn't to be trusted... not customer oriented after the sale. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else.
