Frank Mroz, the firm's founder, has practiced real estate and commercial law in Virginia for over 35 years. For more than 45 years, Tom has enjoyed a diverse civil litigation practice before state and federal trial and appellate courts in Virginia, with a focus on personal injury, professional liability, commercial and tort litigation, and insurance coverage matters.

In the professional liability arena, he has experience in healthcare, lawyer and accountant malpractice and his commercial tort practice has included libel and slander, tortious interference, and related business and commercial disputes.His commercial litigation practice runs the gamut from general breach of contract, real property and business disputes to more complex federal and state law matters.
