Had a problem with well at my home in eustis. Called them after 4 pm and they came that same day. Replaced pressure control switch and control box. Stayed till after dark to finish. Water working. Was told at that time that pump is on its way out. 3 weeks later pump went out around 7pm. They were here first thing next morning to replace pump. price to replace was very reasonable. These people were great . Highly professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has well issues

Marvin and his office staff were amazing! The office had my issue of no water dispatched out and a call back to me from Marvin within 4 minutes. Marvin arrived within 30 minutes of the call and had my well fixed 5 minutes after he got here. He has a wonderful attitude and is willing to do whatever it takes to get you up and running as quickly as possible. I highly recommend his services!

Our pump went out late on Wednesday night. Called Mr. Pump, Marvin was out first thing next day and replaced our pump and with the help of his lovely wife had us up and running in no time. Also he recommended to us our tank needed replacing. After taking a few hours to think about it, we called Marvin that night to come back and replace the tank. He was back the next morning bright and early and replaced the tank. Very happy with his service. I would recommend Mr. Pump to anyone needing a good honest company to take care of any issues.

Set up an appointment with this guy yesterday. Got off work an hour early to pick up my kids and get home in time for him to be there as He said between 4-6. We called at 5:15 to get his ETA to further plan the evening with sports and homework of course, we had to call a few times to finally hear back from him to tell us he wouldn't make it out today. Then proceeded to ask what type of business we are in because he guesses we don't understand customer service.

Once again Mr.Pump to the rescue … always quick & friendly service. Nights, weekends and holidays … whenever our pump gives us problems we call and the answering service is friendly and Marvin or his staff call soon after to tell us when they will be out (QUICK). Years and years of quality service. Thank you Marvin for (once again) giving us water, my Thanksgiving dishes can now be washed!

Excellent people and what a great company! Our well stopped working and we were without water. Marvin called me back immediately and arranged to come out to see what was going on. Shortly after I bought my house the well went out. I asked my neighbor who I should call and he answered quickly with Mr. Pump. They came out within an hour and the problem was fixed.
Water went out this morning and I expected a machine to answer. NOPE! A lovely voice answered, took my info at 6:30am and said Marvin would get right back to me. And he did. At my house on a Sunday with a smile and that big black and red truck. This man is an Angel.

Our pump was giving a fit for pressure and wouldn't shut off, Mr. Pump came out with a heads up courtesy call for ETA checked tank, turned on water located underground pump, listened for water to change when on and gave me his knowledge of the problem. He came out to replace pump on the weekend and get me back in order. We had a crack in the PVC and one part of the metal was broken. These guys are definitely some that want to satisfy you and give you a good experience. I would totally recommend them!

Its Saturday....8am.....pouring rain but NO RUNNING WATER! No one must work on the weekend because nobody was answering their phones at any of the 8 plumbers I called, Until - I called Mr. Pump. Thew women was friendly, sympathetic to my plight and paged the tech with an ASAP call back request. He called within 10 minutes and said he would be out before Noon.....and at 10:22am he was at our front gate. 35 minutes and some $$$ later we have a new water tank and Running water. Thank you Mr Pump for coming out so fast and working through the pouring rain to get us water again!

My father used this service for many years before his death. So when I had a water problem I called them. They came to my home 3 or 4 years ago to fix my well, which had quit delivering water. They charged $675 and replaced pipes and back flushed the well, which only cleans the inner casing. Several months later the well quit working again. I call him back and called several other well services. He told me about $2500 to fix. I told him I would get back to him. He asked me if I was shopping well service and I said yes. He told me that if I was doing that he was not interested. Who shops
