I left in the morning and everything was fine but when I came home there was no water. I checked Home Advisor and received an immediate call. The people I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been nicer. They said an hour and showed up as promised. It turned out it was damage caused by my lawn people so, hopefully they'll reimburse me.

These people are phenomenal! Trying to get a well and meet critical deadlines had become a nightmare. Prices varied widely and all had contingencies quoting for only a certain depth and a large per foot extra beyond that depth. Pruitt quoted me a fixed price that would include " drilling to China if necessary." They showed up when they said they would and did an extraordinary job. Their entire staff from the office to the driller were delightful to deal with. Their performance was extraordinary. If you need a well or know somebody that does you need look no further. Amazing company, great people. I know nothing about well water, pumps and such, Friday 5/14 in the afternoon my water simply stopped, I called a few companies who wanted to schedule a call back on Monday (entire weekend with no water) I called Pruitt Water at 1:58pm and Ms. Ann Marie said she’d have someone out shortly, Pops showed up, repaired my pump and I had running water at 3:23pm, that is what I call excellent service.
The charge was so reasonable for them coming out that late on Friday I could hardly believe it, Pops was professional, courteous, and just down right pleasant.

Our well system was such a mess when we moved into our new home. Will Pruitt came and completely redid everything, plus installing a new water filtration system and softener. It has been worth every penny; and I am so happy to be with a company who has always been so kind and gracious to answer my million questions. The customer service is incredible!

I am new to the “well world” and was very nervous because our well randomly shut off at 6 at night! I called and spoke to Annmarie and she was SO helpful and walked me through everything and was able to get the well back up and running! I woke up with no water today.. :/ I called Pruitt Water to have them come out and repair my system.. But instead they were so nice they walked me through a simple way to check and fix my pump! Within 5 minutes and a FaceTime call they had my water back up and running!
And it cost me NOTHING!!
I will defiantly be calling them again if I have any issues in the future!

This company is awesome. Brooks came out on a Saturday morning and ended up having to install a entirely new submirsable pump, drop pipe and all for us by himself. He did awesome work and talked me though the entire system as I have never had a well system before. As others have said before, they truly do have a heart and care about the customer. They refused to leave my family without water and worked with our budget in order to get our system back up and running. I will never use another company as long as they are in business. Thank you again to the Pruitt family and Brooks for the awesome service

I highly recommend this company. I have a well that is original to the 1955 built home. They have come to my rescue now on several occasions when I have had water related emergencies. They are always kind, courteous and professional and most importantly affordable. I don't know anything about wells & how they work but they always take the time to explain my issue, show me what to do if it happens again (which saves me a lots of $$$) and they provide same day service!!! Definitely a company I trust and will continue to call upon.

I just had a complete well pump, tank, and controls replaced by Pruitt. They did a fantastic job. When I initially contacted them Josh called back immediately and was extremely kind and helpful. Will and Josh came out to look at the job and gave me a price. I said yes and they immediately pulled out the old pump and replaced it. They came back two days later and completed the installation. They did everything perfectly and I am ecstatic with their work. They are great guys and a great company. They also provide a great warranty. If you want someone you can trust then call Pruitt!

This is an amazing company! I woke up to no water and the pump wasn't working. I frantically was searching to get a company to check this on a Sunday morning. I only found one place from my quick search that had an optional cell phone to call so this other company was going to be out in a couple hours with an after hours charge and hourly fee (completely fair and expected since this was an emergency).
Meanwhile, Kim reached out to me via text since they received the information from HomeAdvisor. I told her the situation and she did Facetime with me, walked me through it and we FIXED it

My 70 yr old 40 foot shallow well collapsed in Bertsville subdivision in Lady Lake. I called Earls well service. They confirmed my belief. And set an appointment to replace. Charged $75 for call. Then called back to say they were too busy to do it. I called Pruitt Water and in 2 days they came out. They measured for my septic system and found I didn't have enough to put a new well in. After many, many calls and conversations with the Health Dept. All of which they did, Kimberly got approval for the new well. This all took weeks, but not because on Pruitt. Govt. regs, you know.
