VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ANNALISE!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC AS POSSIBLE!!!
They performed services for me on December 18th. I called because I received an EOB and was trying to inquire about the charges.
Annalise was being very rude and kept asking to remove her off the calling list. I have NO idea what she was talking about!
Still not resolved about my billing issue. I am contacting my insurance as well as the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission and possibly the medical board!
The way Annalise treated me was unacceptable!

After numerous struggles trying to get setup with a primary care provider through my Molina Insurance, I decided to go the direct primary care direction. Very easy to set up and able to get in within days. Heidi on the phone and in person was incredibly helpful and easy to work with and Lyndsey the NP provider was exactly what I was looking for… and had even run cost comparisons on medications from different places to find the least expensive options and drew labs herself with actual costs known and no surprises.
