Our owner and founder, Jennifer Hruz, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, went through her own personal wellness journey by losing over 100 lbs herself!
Often with weight loss, it isn't just one thing. There are many components to losing weight and keeping it off long-term. We work with each and every one of our clients to customize a program that will bring them the success they need. Your customized weight loss program may include Nutritional Counseling, hormone weight loss therapy, Prolon, Vitamins, Supplements, or more.
Medical weight loss programs consist of a customized nutrition plan complete with prescription weight loss medication based on the individual client's history and wellness goals. If you would like VIVA Wellness to help you lose weight, our nurse practitioner will personally meet with you on a regular basis to keep you on track throughout your wellness journey.
Human chorionic gonadotropin is a hormone produced by the placenta when a woman is pregnant. It can help to break down the fat in your body, and when used as a hormone injection for weight loss, can maintain your muscle while restarting your metabolism.

The ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet was developed at the University of Southern California (USC) at the Longevity Institute by a team of PhDs and other doctors who specialize in obesity medicine. The diet includes a blend of different soups, bars, and snacks that have a specific caloric, fiber, and vitamin/mineral content to keep you full and help induce weight loss.

I have just finished a series of 3 Colonics at Viva Wellness. My first experience at Viva and my first with colonics. The entire vibe is calm, peaceful and comforting at the spa. From staff, to rooms, to the treatment everything is top notch. Laura French , my Colonic hydrotherapist has been amazing in what could be a very uncomfortable treatment. My first appointment at VIVA Wellness could have been anything but relaxing as it was my first journey with a colonic, however, I found the entire experience to leave me cleansed , rejuvenated and calm.
Laura French was amazing from the tour of the beautifully furnished, clean and peaceful spa space to the knowledge she shared about the colon and procedure before the service, to keeping me comfortable and informed during the colonic.
The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly and I booked two further colonics to keep my wellness journey going. I loved the shot of chlorophyll at checkout

This place changed my life! I gained 30 lbs during COVID and was depressed and hopeless. I was skeptical at first but after meeting with Jennifer, I decided to do the HCG diet. With the continued support of the staff and being determined and disciplined, I saw the weight fall off week after week. After 6 weeks I lost 35 lbs! I can't thank Viva Wellness enough!

I am currently working with Jennifer on weight loss and had my first colonic with Laura a few weeks ago and have a series of them set up for this week. Both are fantastic to work with! Extremely impressed with the facility, the staff and the services offered. I've seen Jennifer and Rachel for help with weight loss and they've helped me lose 50 pounds so far since earlier this year! I look forward to my appointment every month! They truly care about what they do and helping people. All the staff is super friendly and there's such good energy! Besides weight loss they have so many amazing services. I cannot praise Jennifer and the staff at VIVA Wellness enough. Everyone there is so understanding and professional. While receiving medical weight loss counseling with Jennifer, I'm proud to say that I have lost eighty pounds. I'm seventy-six years young and so it might have taken me a little longer time, about one year, but Jennifer was always so patient and always there providing guidance and support. Everything about VIVA Wellness is an amazing, peaceful experience. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They always offer a beverage prior to your service and definitely want to make you feel comfortable and stress-free (as possible).

Have you ever experienced an infrared sauna? If not, please schedule an appointment at VIVA Wellness. I was able to enjoy a 60 minute session today and I'm hooked. When I arrived the receptionist offered me a warm welcome. The sauna was explained along with the process for the mood lighting. I felt amazing after the session, my skin feels softer and moisturized. I recommend hydrating after the session as you will sweat quite a bit. VIVA Wellness also offers massages and other wellness experiences.

Just the smell and decor of Viva is relaxing! My experience with Jennifer through weight loss has not only helped me physically, but also mentally throughout the past 6 months. She also referred me to Sydney, who performed body contouring on my legs and I notice results just after my first session! To start off, the staff at Viva Wellness is amazing. I had to cancel my original appointment super last minute because of something that came up at work and the staff was so helpful in rescheduling. We were greeted very kindly and given a tour of the spa- which is so lovely! Everything is beautifully decorated and very clean.

Lovely place!! When I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff immediately and was offered coffee, water, or tea. The space smells so good and gives you a relaxed feeling from the second you walk in. I was there for an hour in the infrared sauna. This was my first time doing this, and it was an excellent experience. The sauna is in your own personal room where you can keep your things, and they have a fridge stocked with water for you.
