I obtained my Master's degree in Counseling with a focus in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado-Denver. I have been working directly with clients for over 8 years. I have worked with a variety of clients in the community agency setting, including children, adolescents, individual adults, couples and families.
It can be hard to take that first step: deciding to seek counseling. As we grow up, many of us are told that we should keep our problems within the family or believe that we should be able to work things out "on our own". The truth is that everyone could use an objective, compassionate perspective at some point in his or her life, and assistance from a counselor skilled at helping others can be enormously effective and rewarding.
I had the pleasure of working with Anne in a therapeutic setting, and I can say that she is one of the most caring individuals I have ever met. She has a deep regard for those that she works with, and feels deeply her passion for her work. Anne has a clinical intuition that helps her clients feel truly understood.
I offer individual, couple and family therapy. My fee is $120 for 50 minutes and $190 for 80 minutes. Although it is not required, I recommend 80 minute sessions for couples and families to ensure enough time for all individuals present to obtain the most therapeutic benefit. I offer free 20 minute consultations so that you may determine if I am the right therapist for you.

I went to grad school with Anne and she's been a trustworthy colleague of mine for years since we've graduated. I don't hesitate to refer to her not only because she's extremely knowledgeable and respected in the field, but also because her non-judgmental personality allows clients to feel very safe and cared for.
