Our first location was located at 830 Phillips Ave in a little store front that rented for $100.00 a month. As the business grew we found that we needed more space and rented the building next door at 828 Phillips Ave. In 1982 we found that we were out of space again and rented the building next door at 826 Phillips Ave and moved the office staff from 830 Phillips Ave to 826 Phillips.

When your basement was built, drainage tile was placed outside of your foundation at the base of the footer. This tile was designed to carry all surface water to a drain or sump pump which ever the builder decided or city code would allow. Drainage tile was also (in most cases) placed on the inside of the footer and tied into the outside tile.
We had the laundry room side of our basement done first and thought we has solved our problem since the recreation room side was already paneled and carpeted and it looked nice. Not long afterwards we had that side of the basement leak. It ruined everything. It's marvelous! That musty mildew horrible smell is completely gone.

JOHN WOLF with interior channel is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever come into contact with. His contractors weren't certified and he busted my water line and tried to have me pay for it, very sloppy work. The concrete did not dry level right where my toilet was suppose to go and he never returned my calls to fix it. They ripped apart a piece of my floor that they shouldn't have, and they sprayed concrete on the back of my car. The workers never showed up when they said they would so it took longer to fix. I have contacted BBB and WTOL as well but he seems not to

I SO AGREE W/PREVIOUS REVIEW!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone. We contracted them to do a full basement waterproofing system about 6 yrs ago, and it leaks more now than ever. They have been out to "repair" original job more times than I can count, and guess what...IT STILL LEAKS!!! As we speak, I am still waiting for a call back (that I won't get) for the latest series of leaks. No return call, go figure. I will be going to the office. This is so uncalled for. May seek legal action next. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!
