I am so very appreciative with Toledo Basement Repair. Joe coming out initially a few months ago to give us the layout of what we should do to waterproof our basement. Nothing pressured onto us. We made the choices for now we thought were right. Then the crew came out a few months later. Jackhammered our basement floor and took out the old failed drain tile. Replaced it with the new tile and got concrete over it and the new barrier on our walls. All done in 3 days. They were so quick and efficient. And the job definitely was thorough. Highly recommend Toledo Basement Repair! Jim and Damien were very professional and made the process of installing steel support beams in our basement a breeze. Jim explained the whole process of the remedy and was very thorough. Kevin and his office staff were responsive and knowledgeable. Everett was willing to call me with recommendations about additional questions I had for my backup sump pump. Great experience!

We just had our crawl space encapsulated and are very happy with the results. Both installers were professional and very polite, and they answered all our questions. They worked quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail. There was no "downtime," and they took great pride in doing the project right. The workspace was cleaned at the end of both days and all refuse was removed.
