I came in as a new patient, as I live in another state & was unable to return home before end of year. Dr. Darj, did what many other dental offices said they could NOT do - replace a crown right before the holidays because my insurance was going to run out end of year. The many providers I contacted on the list my insurance provided simply could not do the job. Wow!

It was a pretty typical dentist visit, went in for a cleaning, and scheduled it a bit later than normal. It took slightly longer than than usual since they couldn't find my file. When asked if I was new to the clinic I said I wasn't. The technician, confused, went in search of my file. When I asked for the cost of the visit I was given several different amounts. I guess that was also due to the mix up with my file. However, it took them quite a while, but they finally found it! Most of the staff, including Dr Dark are super friendly, with the exception of the one technician who was a bit rude.

This dentist is all about money, I had implants scheduled with her 5 years ago but because I didn't come to her and spend my money here, she told her nurses to stop sending me stuff and to deactivate my acct. Very helpful!! Lol! not to mention the front desk are rude, if u have an issue leave it at the door. It's not the patients problem. Anyways this dentist does not want to help restore your smile she wants your money!!!!

I really miss the old receptionist she was always so happy to help me! She treated me like a customer :) I got my teeth cleaning done which is always under 30minutes... I got out and was suppose to schedule an appointment but the lady there was doing her own thing she helped a customer who came out later than I did and then proceeded to go do her own thing and be on her phone. I just got up and left no one called to schedule. The one thing I did like about this place was they take clients late so working full time it worked out amazing with scheduling and they reschedule very easy aside from that

** Extremely dissatisfied with this Drs office. Went to my appointment and filled out all the paperwork for nothing. Witnessed the front desks associates making calls to confirm appointments in which I never even received one!!
Not only did they waste my time but had a WEEK to verify my insurance and to call me to tell me that they DID NOT accept it. When I could’ve scheduled elsewhere. Someone(s) there is not doing their job right. Heard great things about Dr Darj and was referred by a friend but honestly I will not be referring anyone here. Customer service is key to a successful business

To start off, love Dr.Darj and her work. Although, I have always had issues with the billing. Today, I went in and thought I was just going to get work done and pay for the amount they had told me about when I got my cleaning the week before. I ended up paying for mine and SOMEONE ELSES work. When I'm about to pay, I ask the front desk woman to bill my payment instead and I'd pay from there. She tells me I can't. (When it's been done in the past) and charges me upfront. I see the large amount of money and question what I've been charged and I've been charged with another

HORRIBLE service!!! The dentist started a root canal on me in January. I had to take a 2 week course of antibiotics, so I went back on February 15. According to the dentist I have a “small” mouth. The whole time she kept complaining about it, as if there’s anything I can do about it. She then stop the procedure and her assistant draped my mouth… with something that didn’t allow me to close my mouth and made swallowing very difficult. I proceeded to wait for over 15 minutes while she worked on someone else. In the mean time I started having anxiety which I never have
