When I was 49 I had eyebrows microblade by Sherene with perfect results. Then at age 52 i went back because first time was perfect but second a nightmare. On May 2021 The first month it looked like a black sharpie 5 month later and it looks like a lighter shade of sharpie marker. I am left sad and embarrassed

I always feel like a new and confident person leaving this place because of my new brows! I’ve had a great experience getting my eyebrows microbladed with Sherene. I have a low pain tolerance and Sherene always made sure I was comfortable during the process. Not only that, but she also takes her time to make sure they looked perfect and what I wanted. Dannika was great! I love my new eyebrows! The place was easy to find. The procedure room was clean. And Dannika sanitized the room before my appointment. She numbed my skin before she started so there was no discomfort. I haven’t had eyebrows in so long and I am so in love with my new ones. I got compliments on them as soon as I left the office.

I am writing this review after seeing Sherene for the Boss Brows Microblading, as well as my 6-week touch up. Sherene is insanely talented- she listened to exactly what i wanted (thicker brows, filling in bald spots...) and made it happen! She is a specialist in true "Volume" technique since she was the first one to bring it to Scottsdale back in 2013! I always refer friends to her business for lash and brow services. The owner, sherene is crazy. One negative feedback and criticism and she calls me screaming, says she recorded my phonecall(ok u recorded urself screaming) then talks down on me saying how great of a business owner she is and I was a kid with no experience on how a business ran. I think it's funny how she's proud of a tiny rented area the size of my bathroom. Someone PLEASE give this woman some validation in life so she isn't so defensive and delusional. Unfortanately i cant give this place a good review for brows. Sherene did my brows and they are so very uneven. We had discussed this before she started that i knew one eyebrow was lower and if she could correct it. Instead it made it terribly worse. I cried for days and felt i had been cheated out of $400. She told me to come back for a touch up and it was an easy fix. Mind you touch ups are weeks out because you need to heal... it wouldnt have been so bad to wait that long if both brows were at the same level. To wait that long is so hard when you have to be out and face people. So many people

Sherene is a true reflection of someone who is a master of her craft. She is constantly continuing education to make sure she stays current on trends and techniques and to be the best. I've had her do brow microblading, permanent eyeliner, full lashes, and my husband has done two sessions of scalp micropigmentation. Found Sherene online, after some research (artistic hand, not too expensive). Her place is small, simple and clean. Sherene was very welcoming and was very attentive to what my concerns were. She made the design and asked my opinion. Worked quietly and concentrated, which I appreciate. She was very thorough in explaining aftercare and I could tell she understood the science behind it. I would give less if it were possible, and here's why... The business owner (Sherene) has been EXTREMELY difficult to get ahold of, and once we were able to speak to her, she was incredibly rude and less than accommodating.

All the lash salons around me were fully booked. It Girl Diva was fully booked, but Kayla compassionately squeezed me in. The owner texted me during her vacation in Italy to make sure I was having a good experience.
I've been to many lash salons. It Girl Diva has the highest quality lashes and the best trained stylists. But I have never been to a lash salon that has such outstanding service as well. Thank you for making me feel beautiful!

I had a great experience with Sherene getting my eyebrows microbladed! She was very professional and took the time to explain the procedure and aftercare so I felt comfortable with the whole process. She worked with me to create the natural look I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the results! My experience was not good but the results were even worse. I contacted Sharene she said to come back to do retouch , obviously since the first time wasn't don't right, I got scare to return, it hurt tremendously, she scratch my eyebrows til almost raw and then said "I'm gonna open this new bottle of anesthetic , I normally don't use this one because It's too expensive", overall horrible experience, I wish I never micro bladed them, eyerbrows were uneven , one higher than the other one , not good at all !!!

I've been unhappy with my eyebrows for as long as I could remember! After doing extensive research on microblading, I decided I was ready to pull the trigger. I read articles and reviews and that's how I found Sherene! I was willing to wait over a month to see her because I wanted ONLY the BEST. Shrene was absolutely amazing! She is friendly and sweet and gives you a boost of confidence in yourself. She was fantastic at explaining to me what "makes the perfect brow". After letting her adjust my brow design I was a little nervous but overall they came out PERFECT. Thanks to her I no longer wear make up (I've worn a full face for the last 9 years) because of the confidence she has given me by designing my perfect brows. To wake up, swim, hike, etc with out worrying about my brows being wiped off is such an amazing feeling. I highly recommend getting your eyebrows microbladed

I was really nervous about getting it done, because I don't really have any eyebrows. So I did a lot of research and found Sherene's work on Instagram, and was instantly impressed! Sherene is a dream! She takes all the time you need to love your design, walks you through the entire process, and ensures your comfort during and after. I got microbladed eyebrows and lash enhancement and can honestly say that the pain was minimal... I even kept my eyes open when she tattooed my lashes. The healing process has been really great as well- very little swelling and no pain at all, which is what I was concerned about. I researched tons of places before committing, and can confidently say ItGirl was and is the #1 spot for permanent makeup. Highly recommend!

Sherene is a sweetheart and her works speaks volumes. Volumes of gorgeous lashes that is. She is certified in the 3D volume technique, which is great for me, because I don't have very thick natural lashes at all. She can glam you up or fix you up if you decided to go somewhere else and get some cheap (and bad) lashes.
I met Sherene through a friend after I had a very bad lashing experience and I always make sure to see her when I'm in town.
