I went to Natalia @ Lash Houses because she had done brows for a friend of mine and they looked great. After she had them for a year, and I saw how nice they still looked and decided to try since my brows are so light it looks like I have none to begin with. I WAS AMAZED. I have been going to Lash House for eyelash extensions for the past couple months now. Natalia rarely has to cancel appointments, (which is a rare find with the Covid pandemic), and I always get tons of compliments on my lashes. I’ve had more than one coworker ask where I go so they can book appointments. Natalia also did my lashes for my wedding, and they look stunning in photos! I've been seeing Natalia @ Lash House for almost 3 years now. She's by far the BEST for lashes. Previous places caused my lashes to fall out and become very thin. The product she uses is the best. ****Update: Natalie called me to let me know she'd broken her phone and therefore didn't know she had an appointment with me, and offered to perm my lashes for free. She also refunded my tint. I appreciated the effort to make it right.
I scheduled a lash tint and perm about a week ago. The perm "didn't take" though the tint did. I've had my lashes permed before (elsewhere) so not sure why it didn't take this time. I was charged for the tint only and Natalie rescheduled me for the following Monday (today) to try again.

I was late to my appointment (I spoke with Tai let her know) Tai was wonderful and understanding. The place was was to find and room was clean and pleasantly decorated. I felt very comfortable and our conversation was easy as she worked. Masked were worn throughout. Discussed style and length of lashes and she started immediately. Music was pleasant throughout. Near the end of my appointment we were more quiet so if you are one that wanted to nap you certainly could. I absolutely love my lashes and made my follow up appointment after payment. I absolutely recommend Tai.

I got a lash perm by carol and they look amazing!! Best price I could find in Phoenix area and she did amazing! She did the same that places that charge 70+ do. Definitely try out a lash perm, they're so natural and not too expensive. Mine almost look like extensions they're so long! Thank you Carol! I will be back!

I had been trying to find a new lash lady after moving back down to Phoenix, and I am so glad I found Lash House AZ! Carol did my lash lift & tint and they look absolutely INCREDIBLE, and I can tell they are going to last the expected 6-8 weeks. The price for the lash lift & tint was very reasonable and the service was definitely worth it. Carol is super sweet and definitely knows what she's doing. First and foremost, I am someone who use to do the lashes until I had an allergic reaction.. Caused me to embrace my all natural lash look. So I am low key obsessed with the lash lift and tint to enhance what I have! After moving here from Florida, I really needed a go to place for a lash lift and tint! In the current climate, a clean atmosphere and a safe environment is so vital! Not only was Carol at Lash House fantastic with the lash lift... she was awesome at making sure the room was clean. I don't write reviews. However I had the craziest blackest bushiest set of lashes applied by Natalie. I paid $200 plus a tip and when I told her they looked terrible she said she didn't have time to remove and redo them. Then I went to Amazing Lash PV and they took them all off and gave me the most beautiful set of natural glamorous lovely lashes. Don't go here unless you want to look like a monster.

I am so impressed and so happy right now I could cry! Since 2008 I have been getting my lashes done by the owners or #1 of two salons. My travel schedule became intense and I found a need to find someone closer to home. I picked out many local places and then checked reviews. Carol did an amazing job with my lashes and she was so so sweet. She made conversation and made me feel right at home. My lashes came out perfectly. Other places often make the curls a little uneven or miss some lashes, but Carol did amazing! There was no stinging or tugging. The pricing is unmatched. I got the lash lift and tint and would give the outcome 4 stars. Why I would knock down stars is due to the technician herself. HORRIBLE bedside manner. I got there 5 minutes till my appointment like I was told and waited over 15 minutes because she was with a client.
Client left, and my name was called, technician did not introduce herself at all, no smile, eye contact, handshake, nothing. Tech just wanted to get the job done and over with, so I just put up with it because I also wanted the job done but would like to have some friendly

Had a lash lift and tint with Tai and am very pleased. The environment was nice and clean. Music was fun and there was a cozy blanket as the room was a bit chilly. I have had a lift in the past and found that I was not happy with the amount of "bend or curl" my lashes had and I paid more. The result of Tai's work is natural and gorgeous. The process was smooth and easy and the price is more than reasonable. My only tiny complaint was that she was running behind so we didn't get started until about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. No biggie, I understand. Overall

I went to Carol for a lash lift and loved it. Carol is very knowledgeable and her attention to detail was very appreciated. My lash lift turned out excellent and last a few weeks longer than I was expecting since Carol took her time to explain how to keep them managed and care for them properly. Carol has a fun personality and is very easy to engage in conversation which makes the appointment fun but go by way to quickly.
Carol has a very cute little room with a very comfortable atmosphere where you can unwind and check out of daily life.
