Loan counselor Marty was great. Processor was great. Title forgot to tell us that they do not wire monies for debt to be paid, therefore came home from vacation this checks waiting to be mailed causing additional fees to be paid.
All in all the entire process was by far the smoothest refi I have ever done and the rate was awesome. Thanks again.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Rocky was always available, prompt, reliable and efficient. Even the title office where the loan closed at commented on how easy and fast my lender was to work and coordinate with. Rocky was on top of everything and the process was the smoothest closing experience I’ve ever had. I will use her again for sure. Recommended 100% Fantastic experience!
