These people truly care! I came to them last minute earlier this month 9/21. The previous lender/ realtor just wasn't a great fit.They were unprofessional, untrustworthy, and never stayed on top of things. I knew that this investment was to hugh to have people I didn't trust to work with. This is my first experience buying a home and I had almost lost hope until I found SMART HOME LENDING! If you are planning to purchase a new home or refinance your current one, I would highly recommend using Nathan Coker as your Loan Officer. I just provided him with my basic information to start my loan and Mr. Coker and his expert Loan Partner Jasmine Alexander took care of everything else. They were both extraordinarily professional and timely throughout my entire home-buying experience. They left no question unanswered from start to closing. Easiest home buying process ever, felt like I didn’t have to do anything at all.
