The ladies in the leasing office are great. I have lived in the apartments for 3 years and due to a number of staffing changes, Jessica has been the one I've dealt with the most. She is wonderful, extremely helpful and always follows through. She was especially helpful during the shutdown. Diana and Sammantha I believe are relatively new but have both been very helpful as well during the last couple months . The assistant, Jessica, is condescending and rude. She’ll talk to you like you don’t know a thing. Management doesn’t return calls or emails. Don’t rent here. Apartments are old and dirty. They have an unpleasant smell. The trash system is RIDICULOUS and leads to a lot of pest. Cars get broken into left and right. Towing system is a mess. Management gets on a power trip and tows cars over everything. I’ve seen homeless people on the property sleeping in the grass and in stairwells.

What a joy it has been to live at Encore Apartments! I have to say that the office staff is amazing, especially Jessica! She did everything possible to make our move in process easy as can be. Jessica answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them) with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Anytime I have been in contact with the office staff they are all kind, courteous and professional. The maintenance staff is amazing as well. No amenities are available still although supposed to be back to normal. Tomorrow and friday near 100 and still cant use an outdoor pool. Reply is "working on it." Security in parking lots a problem have had car broken in to twice. Maintenance has gotten 100% better since new maintenance staff though.

Had my vehicle broken into 6 times in less than a 6 month period. They pay for security which rarely patrols through. I’ve told them they would be better off with security cameras, no response. My neighbors also have had their vehicles broken into multiple times. One had his box truck stolen. Another had his expensive diesel truck stolen. People break into garages here. They have the ability to communicate with tenants/community via email and let them know what’s going on around the property and haven’t done so once despite all the reports. They don’t value their tenants basic privacy or

I have lived at Encore twice in the last 30 years. Back in 93 and currently 20/21. So living in Federal Way for that long I already had an idea of what this area would be like. Any time you live in an apartment you find some noisy neighbors. Mine are with kids which means it is what it is. The complex does a fine job of keeping the outside trimmed and cleaned, this occurs weekly. The reason for the star rating is not due to the apartment itself as it could have been cleaner, better updated upon moving in. I tend to be very picky these are older apartments so that has to be considered. The rating

Great staff very convenient location and the pricing of the apartments are very reasonable. The complex itself has a abundance of gyms, racketball,indoor and outdoor pools with it's own indoor basketball court. The apartments are very cozy and comfy all in all I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone I encounter.

I love living at Encore!! The grounds are well maintained and they have tons of great amenities to enjoy. You can be on the freeway in minutes and are even walking distance to some grocery stores. The homes are spacious and having a wood burning fireplace and laundry room in my home is fantastic. Would definitely recommend!
