Very nice and professional people at this office. They go above and beyond to help get the end result you want. I’ve been with them for over 13 years and haven’t a single complaint! There discount deals when you get multiple policies was also a nice wow factor. I’ve had the same agent Erika, and Id highly recommend her for all your insurance needs. Todd Powers, Erika Reeves and the entire team at Todd Powers State Farm recently made a generous donation of fire prevention materials to Kearsarge Fire Department. These materials will be used for fire prevention education to help raise awareness and save lives.
As a Fire fighter, their donation is very much appreciated and it is great to know they are looking out for the community.
As a client, I have had to call on them a few times when disaster struck and their friendly service was above and beyond what I can even put into words.

So often you call a company no one answers the phone anymore—that is never the case at Todd Powers office. Not only does someone answer, they go out of their way to assist on the spot. Their attention to detail goes beyond the average insurance agency. If your normal rep is not available, other knowledgeable co-workers are ready and waiting to help. And if they are busy, Todd will answer the call. Truly remarkable in this day and age. And so appreciated. I highly recommend their services and cannot say enough about how they treat their customers. They’re the best!!

I’ve been with Todd Powers for a long time (10ish years) because they provide great customer service. I’ve never had an experience with them where I wasn’t satisfied. They’re always willing to answer questions fully, and never seem to rush me. There’s a reason why I haven’t even inquired about quotes from anyone else, because I’m not willing to jeopardize the loss of great customer service! But, I do think I’m already getting great deals, so there is also no need!

Man, where do I start? Shelby provides the best customer service in the world! If I could walk into the Todd Powers Insurance Agency office right now, I would give her the biggest hug ever! She has worked with me so much and dealt with me for a while now. Every time I call, I am asking for her. There are not enough kind words to say about Shelby. She is the best and the #1 reason I am such a loyal State Farm client. I will always be a long-time customer as long as Shelby is there. No offense to all the other staff members, but when you can deal with one person and develop a great rapport with them

I'm a new customer to the State Farm family by recently purchasing home and auto insurance. I went to pick up a new car yesterday at the dealer completely forgetting to give my agent notice. We called from the dealership at 445 on a Friday afternoon. We had our new insurance card faxed within 10 minutes and with pleasant customer service on top! LOVE Todd Powers Agency, especially Erika! thank you!
