I wish I could have given zero stars. I bought my first brand new car recently and called Erie insurance ASAP and let them know since I’ve already been with them for a few years. I spoke with a woman named Tiffany who got my vehicle changed in my policy and everything was set to go, no worries. The next day I get a call from her saying that since I had a co-signer, he would need to be approved on my policy. She said that he may even have to switch to Erie insurance (he doesn’t have Erie insurance, he doesn’t even live in the same state as me). She made him fill out a questionnaire asking
