Our company had a last-minute project emergency at 10 a.m. CST, and we needed a document delivered to a Baltimore address by close of business that day. We had the document emailed to the courier by 3 p.m. ET, and they drove it to the location for delivery. Although the office had closed by 4 p.m. ET (who closes at 4 p.m. on a Wednesday?!), the courier stayed at the location, called us, and worked with the building security staff to find someone at the office building who would accept and sign for the package!!
