My order was never done! I was told my order would take 5 days, 3 weeks later and still nothing. I received the run around. Customer service was non existent had to keep emailing without response to check on my order. I was lied to and then got some excuse that the other company stop working with them.PS.They outsource DTG & Screen Printing. 🤦♂️

I have ordered banners twice now from Rocky Top and both times they have come through for me. The second banner I was able to tell them what I was looking for and my idea and what they came up with for me was more than perfect. They are truly wonderful and I look forward to working with them in the future.

My experience was lackluster because of a small mistake.
The staff wasn't really that inviting but I was served quickly through email and arriving. I felt confident they had the details right because I gave them a mock shirt and a the font. I bought a hat which came out nice. I choose to go to this location since it was local but I regret it now. I guess I get what I paid for. I was going to get more from them but they didn't take me or my business seriously. They were slow. It took a week to put a banner over the shirt. It didnt look bad but not what I needed. They did offer 20 percent for next

Rocky Top and their team provided excellent customer service in a somewhat stressful situation. They embroidered shirts for my bridesmaids and had them all done in just the knick of time. As a bride, customer service is key, and they provided an amazing experience for me. highly recommend them to anyone with embroidery needs!
