From Me to You Custom Embroidery is one of the Washington DC, MD, VA area's finest stores to get personalized items, we offer a wide variety of products and services from embroidery on hog seats to personalized printing travel cups. There is no minimum order needed for most items, the more you buy the better the price will be.
I agree to the above custom order, that all colors and lettering printed above are correct and as they should appear on the finished garment. I realize that embroidered and printed products are non-returnable and should be paid before the order can be started. If I supplied the garment to be customized, I realize that From Me To You Custom Embroidery & Personalization will not be held responsible for possible damages.

I dropped my design off 12/28. I requested 3 items: two personalized jackets (one red and one white) and a sweatshirt. The owner was incredible with helping me pick out artwork that was unique and also gorgeous. I asked for them by 1/11 which was semi expedited. There ended up being a horrible storm, but the owner called me and let me know he would still be able to get it done in time so i appreciated the extra communication. Lastly, while doing the design on one jacket, the owner noticed more could be added to up the appeal. He called and consulted me about his recommendations and I am in love

I’ve tried to shop at this location TWICE this week during posted hours and it was closed. I went this past Sunday at 11:15 a.m. (posted opening time is 11:00 a.m.) and this evening at 7:20 p.m. (posted closing time is 8:00 p.m.) and both times the store was closed. If you have posted hours, please be professional and follow them. Or change the posted hours to more accurately reflect when you’re open.

I'm so happy I didn't listen to the reviews! I was hesitant but in a pinch as the other places I called couldn't get the job done in time. Customer service was great, the guy at the counter said he wasn't there a year ago when the bad comments were made and i promised i'd leave a review. He was super nice to me and originally said he'd need 3-4 days to do my job but when i told him i needed it done by friday, he said he would get it done for me. I love it. and my bf loved it too! I got his name put on a robe for him.

I took in 2 chefs jackets to have embroidered with just one line on each. The price I was quoted was ridiculously high. When I questioned the price and tried to negotiate, I was told that the man would not be doing the job and was asked to leave the store. Terrible customer service, extremely rude and nasty.

If I could provide a zero rating I would. This store has very poor customer service. The stitching was substandard and the first hat he stitched with the wrong colors and try to make me pay for it to be stitched over with the correct colors. On top of that he had no other jobs running on the machine and made me wait another week to pick up the corrected hat. When I return for the Hat he tossed the corrected hat on the counter and walked away to the back of the store. If you value quality and professionalism then do not patronize this business.
