I was surprised to read the other 5 star reviews, but they seem to all come from employers. I worked for a company in that uses Staffscapes as their 3rd party HR. Every employee I've encountered is rude and extremely unhelpful. They also don't ask how much you want to withhold on your taxes, and hold the least amount so you end up owing taxes at the end of the year.
I would suggest looking for another company if you're a business owner to avoid a terrible experience for your own employees. They are extremely inflexible and impolite in communication... for even the most general request, like a
