Yesenia who answered the phone was nice and professional. The 1 star review is due to my 2 minute phone interaction with Victor. I hope the manager can listen to the interactions he is having with prospective clients. I called to request a quote and explained to him that I'm potentially moving. He then goes on to ask personal questions about my relationship like asking me if I had broken up. Then he gives me an attitude for not having my declaration page on me although I was not looking for a better deal or to match coverage, I was looking to obtain my own policy if in fact I did move. My brother has been with Great Park Insurance for a while now and as I have just moved back to LA, I needed to get auto insurance and renters insurance. I inquired Daniel about the best condo insurance rates he can find. After talking with three other insurance agencies, his quote was more than 30% lower than the others. When he couldn't reach me over the phone, he recorded a video of himself and his research findings and sent them to me via email so that I can view them on my own time.
