I don't know where to start. Right from the word go, Don and his team made it seem like my fiance and I were the only people they were helping. Anytime we needed to call they were there (even a couple times late at night when I just wasn't sure what the auto-generated password for their portal was).
Professional, courteous and obviously knowledgeable, they kept us in the loop about what was going on through the entire mortgage process without getting too into the technical nitty-gritty, but still explaining what was happening well enough for us to understand.
