I Could not have been more pleased with the services provided by Advanced Nursing. They listened to what our needs were and provided care that was appropriate. The caregivers that were sent were well trained, responsible and very caring. I felt a great sense of relief when

What a HUGE difference Advanced Nursing & Home Support has made in our lives! Mom, who has moderate Alzheimers has been living with us for a year in our home (COVID) and has gone downhill fast. It has been terribly challenging, sad and hard to manage with our full time jobs! Then we brought ANHS in. They worked hard to find a wonderful caregiver who would fit with mom. My mom has really come to feel safe with Abby and rely on her. Abby is SO sweet with my mom. This agency is head and shoulders above the rest. They are professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of care. Their nursing coordinators make sure that the care being provided is "spot-on". They are also extremely generous with their time and advice. They will be my go-to agency for any care my mother may need in the future.

Key - we got aides within an hour of needing someone very quickly. We have had very good, frequent, easy communication with both nursing and scheduling staff. Aides range from overnight to day time, help with bathing, dressing, food prep, grocery unpacking. They are there for supervision and to ensure safety. Some have driven and accompanied to doctor appointments. One is well educated and well-traveled and is a favorite because she also provides great companionship for my mother and can help with computer/phone usage also.

As a home-based primary care provider, I am very impressed by Advanced's compassion and professionalism. I NEVER do Google reviews - but I can't say enough great things about Steve Lahn and the team at Advanced Nursing & Home Support. My father passed away four weeks ago and he declined so rapidly that we couldn't see straight. Advanced Nursing & Home Support was incredibly responsive, flexible and supportive. My father's needs changed daily and I know we drove them crazy with our changes....but they were so incredibly professional and understanding. I would highly recommend this group!

I used another agency at the beginning of my husband's illness and can say that Advanced is far and away the better agency. This is my first experience with Advanced and having something to now compare it to, I am very happy to have spoken to Daniel Epstein. He allowed me to make adjustments based on my husband's needs and progress. The aides that were sent came promptly, worked to prioritize my husband's comfort and maintain safety in the home with precautions. After one aide that didn't fit with my husband's care, Advanced provided others that worked well and fit into our lives in this new normal

They were able to send us help the same day we called and were very flexible as we went through several re admissions to the hospital. I highly recommend them.

Advanced Nursing & Home Support has provided in home care for our 80 year old mother for 1 1/2 years. We have been very happy with the experience. The counselor assigned to work with us has always been available and responsive to the needs of our mother. She is caring, flexible and personable.
