Matt Bigos is the owner of Bigos Plumbing. He is a 3rd generation plumber and has been in the trade for over 22 years. Starting at a young age, Matt has had a passion for plumbing. He went to school, received a scholarship during his apprenticeship, and grew from there. No job is too large or too small for our company.

Late post but a must. Matt was amazing. His experience and professionalism was exactly what we needed for our 1945 home. Bigo is LEGIT. 10/10. I previously used a home inspection company to conduct a sewer pipe inspection on a property, but they did not have the proper sized scope to access a cleanout. After hearing about this news, i frantically called around for someone who can perform a sewer scope inspection and I landed on Bigo on Yelp. He was able to fit me into his hectic schedule and arrived on site within 30 minutes of the call. He was able to perform the sewer scope inspection which saved me a ton of money because he found a tree root had pierced through one of the drain pipes.

I called Bigos, spoke to Stephanie who was very nice, explained my problem with our shower and she said she’d send a technician out ASAP. An estimate was emailed to me and fingers were crossed that they’d be able to complete the job at a reasonable price. The next day ,after Roger replaced several parts, the shower was working perfectly . I was warned it could cost more than original estimate depending on what was found but they were able to complete the job and it didn’t cost any more than original estimate. Fair, courteous and timely. Not a bad experience at all.

These guys are rad - the whole crew and family. We just did a major repair to replace our main service water line which is a massive job, and Bigos was very helpful throughout the process. Stephanie was responsive and easy to schedule with, and Luke was super on it onsite, and made sure that no questions went unanswered, that we had a good understanding of our issue and our options for a solution, and that we felt comfortable with the process the entire time. His crew was super professional, detail-oriented and accommodating, especially in our thoroughness. Would definitely call these guys again

I rarely write reviews and will keep this one rather short. I was really impressed with Luke and the staff at Bigos Plumbing from the initial bid throughout completion of the job. The attention to detail and the understanding of the job really impressed me. It’s hard to find good firms and this ones a keeper.

We needed a leaking kitchen faucet replaced, which also had low water pressure for the hot water. Stephanie was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment and straightforward in what the costs or potential cost would be in the event that the issue would be worse than what they were expecting. Luke came in was extremely helpful and efficient in his work. I'm definitely recommending Bigos to anyone in the 562 and will definitely call on them again for any of my future plumbing needs. Update: I had an emergency with my new home's plumbing. The previous owners left one restroom completely blocked with roots and needing repair or replacement to the original piping.
I was hoping it would be something easy, but, as with these things, it was a worst case scenario due to the repairs needing to be done under concrete. Bigos made sure that my restroom was available for the holiday by hydro jetting the line and installing a clean out. They then returned the day after the holiday before 9:00am and got right to work.
